For general use, it's fantastic. inexpensive, easy hookup, easy to use. However, for anything beyond that, prepare to confirm its readings against known values, and modify your code to calibrate the device.

The ones I received, while they gave back values, none of the humidity value from any of the sensors agrees with each other.
Frustrating to have 3x humidity sensors in a room, with widely varying values (differing by 20-40%) and not know what the humidity is.
Shipping was fast and price was good, just not as accurate as I was hoping.

Low cost sensor. Accurate *relative* to temperature differential, but needs initial calibration of absolute reading (three units differed by about 1 degree F across all temperatures).

While the device can work as advertised, the output is worthless for realtime data streaming. Reading output is surprisoingly predictable at 2-8 seconds, and accuracy isn't stellar. My purchase lasted 3 weeks, then poof ... unreadable. Sorry I made the purchase.
Rather than wasting money on a DHTxx series sensor, it is best to advance straight to the next generation BME280 with reliable 20 ms I2C read times, and measure 3 parameters: temperature, humidity, and barometric pressure; the BME280 readings are very precise, and accuracy is within 2%.

Der Sensor funktioniert problemlos mit den Beispielprogrammen z.B. von Adafruit. Er stinkt allerdings sehr nach Chemikalien. Ich hoffe, der Geruch verfliegt mit der Zeit.

Ich war angenehm überrascht wie einfach und schnell man das DHT22 in Betrieb nehmen kann. Ich brauchte keine Bedienungsanleitung. Einmal kurz ins Tutorial geschaut und schon funktionierte alles. Schnell einfach und gut.
