I'm leaving this review to compare the SainSonic SSZ-200DLB with the Ultra-Clear HD DLP LINK 3D Glasses. I'm using them with an Acer H5380BD Projector on a 115" diagonal screen. They both work great! Below I will list, what I think, are some pros and cons of each. I needed three pairs so I thought it would be good to try two different brands. I read good reviews on both and what I read was accurate.

Ultra-Clear HD DLP LINK 3D
Pros:
Good image and color
Fit very well
Charged up very quickly
They sync automatically
Have a nice rubberized finish

Cons:
Make the image sightly darker than Sainsonic
USB port cover is tricky to open

SainSonic SSZ-200DLB
Pros:
Very good image and colors
Lightweight

Cons:
Need to swap left and right syncing
They are a little long and may stick out behind your head and move when you lean your head back in your seat

They are both nice glasses, the 3D is great on both. I personally like the rubberized finish on the Ultra-Clears. Plus the fact that they sync automatically, even when you leave the room then come back. The SainSonics don't darken the image as much but also don't sync automatically, which may be an issue for children or technically challenged. Its easy to swap left for right, one quick button press, only that some viewers may not spot the difference. The field of view on the SainSonics is slightly larger than the UCs, but its the difference between seeing four feet on either side of the screen vs eight feet on either side. None of my screen gets cut off with either pair. I have not had them long enough to see which one holds a charge longer but I don't foresee that as being a problem if I just keep them charged on a regular basis.

Here's the deal. I just put together a home theater in my basement. My budget was $2500 and I spent a significant amount of time researching every single purchase to make sure I could stretch my money as far as possible. I'm writing a review for each item. Here's what I ended up with:

BenQ W1070 1080P 3D Home Theater Projector
SainSonic 144Hz 3D IR Active Rechargeable Shutter Glasses
Peerless PRGUNV Precision Gear Universal Projector Mount
Elite Screens ER92WH1 Sable Fixed Frame Projection Screen (92 inch 16:9 AR)
Yamaha RX-V673 7.2-Channel Network AV Receiver
Pioneer SP-BS22-LR Andrew Jones Designed Bookshelf Loudspeakers
Pioneer SP-C22 Andrew Jones Designed Center Channel Speaker
Pioneer SP-FS52-LR Andrew Jones Designed Floor standing Loudspeaker
Pioneer SW-8MK2 Andrew Jones Designed 100-Watt Powered Subwoofer
Logitech Harmony 650 Remote Control
Monoprice for all speaker wire, hdmi cable, etc.

Please check my reviews for all of the above items. Now onto the review for the glasses:

Not much to say about these. They work well. Tried them out with an Avatar blu-ray and 3D quality was close to theater. I'd say the only down side is they only include a USB to micro USB (male to male) for charging (no a/c adapter). Also, the charging port on the glasses themselves is a little flimsy and I had to keep plugging it back in. The charging set-up is the only reason for 4 stars. That being said, I bought 4 pairs of these for $120 when one pair of the OEM glasses sell for $100. Easy decision as the functionality is the same.

I bought two pair of these SainSonic glasses to pair with my BENQ W1070 3D-ready projector. They both works so far. Set up is extremely easy: charge it for about 2 full hours, then press the on-off button on the side to pair with the projector; and then to switch the right-or-left-eye-first business by pressing the on-off button again . It's just that simple. Yes, the glasses looks flimpsy and oversized, but I wear glasses so I really have no complaint, and for less than $30 a pair (cheaper than my LG AG-S350 active 3D glasses).

Glasses were working great until the right lens stopped working. They were working fine and after watching about 5 movies in a 1 1/2 month span, the right lens just stopped working. The lens will simply not activate.

After purchasing an Optoma DLP 3D projector, that came with one pair of 3D glasses, Optoma of course, I definitely needed more glasses.

The Sainsonic glasses were much cheaper in price and after reading reviews, I went for it. Used them last night and found them much better
than the Optoma glasses as far as fit and comfort. They fit over my glasses and were much more comfortable to wear. There was no difference
in the 3D viewing experience, in fact I would say the Sainsonic glasses were better.

I definitely would recommend these glasses to anyone. In fact, I ordered 2 more and also 2 pair of childrens glasses.

4 pair of glasses all work great. I can't imagine the more expensive glasses being that much better?!!?
I use these with my Benq W1070 projector and a 100 inch Elite screen manual pull down screen. Wonderful experience!

These DLP-Link glasses work seamlessly with my new Acer H6510BD Projector. They do exactly what they are supposed to do--I have not seen any artifacts of 3D like ghosting or shadowing whatsoever. Really immersive. Purchased 1 pair to test, and they worked so well that I purchased 4 more for the rest of the family. Extremely pleased with product, and they are a tremendous bargain when compared to other 3D glasses on the market.
