Pens are subpar

I was disappointed with the pens. I purposely decided to get this zentangles kit vs buying supplies from my local craft store since it advertised it contained the higher quality products associated with zentangles but the pens are disappointing. I included a picture for reference comparing a pen I already own vs this product. The tip almost seems to snag on the paper and it takes a lot of effort to fill the designs. (Not exactly relaxing). I would love for the company to offer replacement pens especially considering the cost of the kit.

The pen is good. It allows me to watercolor over the ink without discoloration. I would recommend this pen. It isn't the smoothest pen and I wouldn't rant about it. My favourite part is that it doesn't loose it's colour when painting over it. Overall, it is a good pen.
