The Pigma Calligrapher pen is a unique, all-in-one, durable lettering art tool that produces crisp edges and sharp hairlines. This disposable pen has a hard nylon nib that withstands heavy pressure and constant use, and still provides a reliable, smooth ink flow from edge to edge. If you are accustomed to other disposal fiber calligraphy nibs, it may take some practice adjusting to this flat, firm, nylon calligraphy nib. Pigma Calligrapher’s nib performs more like a professional flat metal nib. Pigma Calligrapher is a great choice for both amateurs and professionals. It eliminates cost barriers and equipment requirements for beginners just learning about calligraphy, and provides a convenient alternative to traditional calligraphy pens for professionals. The archival Pigma ink is waterproof and fade resistant on most paper substrates. Not refillable. Applicable on envelopes, places cards and Zentangle tiles. Available in black color. Set consists 1 each of 1mm, 2mm, 3mm pen.

Top Customer Reviews
The ink is very black, dries quickly and does not smear after drying. On thin paper, there can be some bleed through, but on decent 20lb manuscript, I have had no problems.
I recommend buying this three pack which has three different sizes. After you've found the size that suits your needs, then buy more of just that size.
I use the small size for standard music notation and chord-charts like those seen in "The Real Book" series. With practice, you can make your charts look as professional as those using these pens. The larger sizes I use for LARGE print manuscript when writing for kids or ME because I am functionally blind in nightclub lighting.
