    I highly recommend SaltStick Electrolyte FastChews for hydration. I suggest buying a small sample and replenish it with the bottle to keep it handy in a small container, easy to recognize, and fairly waterproof while on a run or doing other activities. Eventually the bag's ziploc seal will quit but it'll do good for a while.

    I was recently diagnosed with POTS, which means I need to increase my sodium and water intake to better manage my symptoms. I've used the electrolyte powder packets that you add to water in the past, like Liquid IV and LMNT, but I didn't enjoy the flavors or the higher sugar content (I know LMNT has no sugar, but the others usually do). Enter my discovery of these salt tabs!
    I've tried 3 flavors so far: mango, mixed berry, and lemon/lime. Mango is my favorite by far, but I'm a sucker for mango in general. I will pop these like candy throughout the day, and personally, I prefer to let them dissolve in my moth rather than chew them, but they aren't unpleasant to chew. Fair warning for normal peeps, these will likely taste pretty salty to you and may not be as appetizing. For peeps like me, who have a condition that causes them to crave salty foods, these will probably taste pretty dang great!

    To paint a picture, I work outside guiding horseback trail rides on my weekends. It's hard work and I sweat my booty off on the daily, plus I drink close to a gallon of water while I'm working. When I remember to bring and eat these tabs, I don't feel nearly as exhausted as I usually would. My energy levels remain more consistent, I notice a decrease in my overall sweat levels, and I usually am not dying of thirst like I am when I don't take them.
    For normal daily use, I notice that I just generally feel better throughout the day. It's not a big change by any means, but there's definitely an increase in my energy and stamina. When I take these consistently, I notice that I don't have POTS flare-ups nearly as often as I would without them.

    2 tablets only contain 100mg sodium, 30mg potassium, 10mg calcium, and 6mg magnesium. So one dose for me is 10 tablets for 1000mg sodium. That means I pay $18 for SIX DOSES in the bottle!! Not a good value at all. Great taste, dissolves on your tongue great. No issues with nausea. If I take the entire 10 tablets I need for one dose, it works well. But since my Cardiologist wants me consuming 4,000-6,000mg sodium daily, this product just doesn't have enough electrolytes for my daily needs; more a salty candy than anything else. No pain relief other than maybe muscle cramp and migraine prevention if consuming enough tablets, MAYBE.
