Angela is pretty much a boss at explaining big concepts to the very little. With the familiar illustrations we all know and love, this book tackles the timely topic of worry. I can see this being useful for many families!
This book is ostensibly for children, but I think it's really for everyone. It has a clear and simple message, deftly communicated and readily accessible. A great blend of encouragement and reassurance for children who suffer from anxiety.
I particularly like the use of language that provides gentle ideas for children to discuss and reflect upon, as well as the use of images guide the reader through the chapters. Engaging, encouraging, and easy to follow, this book educates, motivates, and empowers children to work towards change.
