I received the bag and used it for a 4 day domestic trip. The bag came in and the color was as expected. It does look very nice! See my pros and cons below:
Pros:
1. Lots of space. The movable organizer is a nice addition.
2. Strong zippers on the outside
3. Internal straps on both sides to hold clothes in place was a very nice touch.
Cons
1. Item received with stitching already coming out, didn't expect this from the Samsonite brand
2. Wheels did not roll easily, moved best when on all 4. As soon as you transition to 2 wheels it was hit or miss.
3. The retractable handle was INCREDIBLY flimsy and weak feeling. I had little confidence that it would hold up over time and it felt like it was about to break every time I pulled the bag.
4. Clasps on the internal straps felt cheap and not very durable.
Overall:
I wouldn't recommend this line of Samsonite bags. Maybe its because it was purchased from Amazon that it was of lesser feeling quality, but I've heard similar stories of purchases from other outlets. At this time, it's a no buy for me and I won't consider this line in the future.

I'm not sure who tests your products Samsonite but may I suggest Delta's baggage handlers... it might give you a better indication of durability.

I bought and used this 25" suitcase for ONE round trip (OKC to ATL). Its maneuverability was great as I transitioned from baggage claim to the rental car location. When I received my bag on the return flight, it had a significant dent on a corner which I thought would easily be fixed once I was able to empty the bag... no such luck. I thought spending a little on a Samsonite would mean better durability but I was wrong. I'm pretty sure that going forward, this bag will dent in this location each trip until the material fails. I was a great size for a week long trip but need a bit more space for longer trips. I'm sure the larger bag won't be a Samsonite...By John S on August 25, 2019

Negative: My biggest turnoff is the missing zipper puller, not sure if this was designed like that but was disappointed regardless. And the handle is not very sturdy when pulled out all the way, it gets shaky.
Overall, I decided to keep this because of the 10 years warranty, I've had an overall great experience with Samsonite especially, in this regard.

Portable but provide good space

Positive: Nice looking luggage, I've used it with 3 major airlines in the U.S so far as a carryon with no issue, easily fits in overhead. I love the small pockets and the fact that each side of the luggage has a strap. Also, like how is expandable if/when needed.By V on March 12, 2019

Damaged before use

I have no idea how this suitcase will work because I haven’t left for my trip but so far it’s damaged even before I use it. So. That sucks. I don’t have time to deal with a replacement with the warranty because I fly out in two days. I’ve never bought nice luggage far and so far...it’s a let down. Should have just stuck with my local thrift shop because I work too hard to have a large amount of money spent on something “nice” that is actually broken.
