Only reasons I didn’t give it 5 stars, was due to wrong band size so I had to purchase one at Best Buy. And because it has more scratches than expected for the refurbished quality(it’s not like i wouldn’t purchase it again just it’s more than expected).

Couple things to expect, the band and charger that came in the box with it are both off brand , they were not original to the watch. But the charger works good, just not original to the watch if that was what you were hoping/ looking for.
The battery does last long, wore it since 4am till 7pm and was only at 67%.
10/10 would recommend as a gift for someone.!! Quite cheap for everything I got!
The band was definitely not great quality so maybe purchase a different one regardless.

I came from Samsung Watch Active 2 to Watch 3, and the software in both of these watches are the same, Tizen OS. There is no different other than the look of the watch, but Watch 3 is more durable than Active Watch 2 because you could easily water damage the Active 2 than in Watch 3 as I tried dipped it in the water. Sleep tracking is good, just the same as in Active 2 and it actually record your nap too. Even though this watch is old (Almost 3 years), I recommended this watch if you don't want Wear OS that comes with Watch 4 and up.

Great price for a refurb. However my original galaxy may have been at least as good if not a better watch. The side buttons on the galaxy 3 sometimes i hit on accident just bending my wrist fully. I read it isn't as water friendly as my original and with a leather band i am hesitant to even wear it in the shower. The step counter definitley does not register my steps properly, which is a huge bummer. The battery and speed are just slightly better than my original galaxy watch. By slightly, I mean it really is negligible. The styles of each were both classic and as such very similar, but the original galaxy band was waterproof. The seller of the refurbished model said it is good quality and I agree but it did have a scratch on the screen only visible when the screen backlight is off. Honestly after having the original galaxy watch that still works amazingly and I can even go swimming in that one, the galaxy 3 watch did not impress me at all when comparing the two. I'm glad I paid for a cheaper refurbished model instead of wasting money on what seems like not really any upgrade, but I still think any galaxy watch is better than a non-smart watch. I may give this one to my 9 year old and use my original again.
