We're currently using it in a Samsung Galaxy 5 and it feels just like an extension of the phone's internal memory. Great card!
I used a program call 'CrystalDiskMark 3.01 x64' to measure, among other things, the Sequential Read and Write speed of this card. The card reader I used is the Transcend USB 3.0 Card Reader (TS-RDF5K). This is important to note because older card readers will limit the maximum speed of this card. Here are my results:
- When connected to an USB 2.0 port on my computer:
Sequential Read = 21.8MB/s, Sequential Write = 16.6MB/s
- When connected to an USB 3.0 port:
Sequential Read = 23.95MB/s, Sequential Write = 21.9MB/s
Just for comparison, the SanDisk Ultra 32GB MicroSDHC (SDSDQUA-032G-U46A) is rated 'class-10'. It delivers Sequential Write speed of just 13.1MB/s in my test (connected to an USB 3.0 port), while its Read speed is much faster at 40MB/s. When used in a digital camera, for example, the Write speed is the most critical parameter for performance. By the way, most other 'class-10' microSDHC cards I tested just barely break the 10MB/s threshold.
As of this writing, the Sandisk Ultra card is priced almost 50% higher than this Samsung 'class-6' card. Therefore I consider the latter a truly 'Smart Choice' - exactly as advertised on its package.

Tested on laptop's native card reader.
At first, I used a MicroSDHC Class 10 UHS from a different company, which I assume to be a fine product, but not for my Moto G LTE. The better specs SDHC was very slow: unresponsive/stopped file transfers and broken video playback.
Also, it occasionally "disappeared": the phone would not see the SD card.
So, after reading various forums, I decided to opt for this "slower" item (as in Class6) and, so far, I am happy with it.
I have been using it for 7 days now and... no glitches.
This is not the cards fault . Its crap google being lazy period. Just like adobe being lazy no longer supporting linux or android . Im sure the class 10 cards are good for other devices but I just have too many problems in android devices.
This 32gb class 6 is in a Galaxy Note 4 and works perfect and I have had 0 issues. I only wish again they made a 64gb version

Definitely holds 32GB. But what ever did I do with the micro SD to SD adapter? Guess I'll really have to clean house to find it. :-)Published 4 days ago by Gary
