It appeared to be some sort of European domestic market phone, as the charger connects to house current with a Euro-style two-pronged "snakebite" connector, and the package included a Euro-to-US adapter. Instruction manuals, etc. were in English.
It seemed like a neat little phone for $50, and from the limited time I spent messing with the software, it seemed fine. But, no network connection, no use. The phone is now returned to Amazon.
I like the phone per se because it is easy to use (i.e., typing/texting). But if it does not work, as claimed by the seller, it is useless. I thank Amazon for allowing me to return it.
I then started having trouble getting a network.
AT&T had no idea how to solve the problem.
The next problem was that I could receive texes, but when I respondined and sent them the person they were sent to never received them. ( must be floating around in outer space).
Great design and easy to use, to bad it did not continue to operate as it should have.

This small Samsung phone works great. The battery life is very good. My wife uses it and according to her, she only charge it once a week (not a super user though).Published 17 months ago by MO
