    I love this new phone! It is the current Samsung "Flagship" phone. The Black Friday deal ($799 + a FREE Echo Show) is a great deal.Pros:WORKS with VERIZON! All I did was update the phone via wireless first, switch the sim (and my SD card) second, perform the "carrier update" third and everything works great! Very FAST on the LTE+ network. (Wireless Smart Switch is a plus for transferring everything else!)Love the Android 8.1.0 plus the Samsung Experience version 9.5. Looking forward to Android 9.0! Encryted by KNOX is a nice plus.Fantastic battery life, even for an all day user like myself.Love the omnidirectional Type-C connector! No more looking at the connector to figure out which side is up first!No compatibility issues at all.Cons:Heavy! Would make for great "theft deterrent".Overall I would DEFINITELY recommend this Unlocked Note 9, especially for VERIZON users.

    I bought this phone a few years ago and still feel no need to upgrade to get a new one. I've had no major complaints, (outside of the obnoxious Bixby button on the left of the phone that you can't disable) and it's handled everything I've thrown at it well.

    When I was shopping for a phone, I was specifically looking for a number of features: fingerprint reader, stylus, 3.5mm headphone jack and wireless charging. This phone ticked all these boxes and more.

    The battery life holds up well, even under constant heavy use daily, and the performance is still on the higher end, even on more demanding apps or games, it has plenty of storage...unless this phone physically breaks beyond repair or I lose it, I don't see myself shopping for a new one anytime soon.

    Love this phone. I had to wait for it over a weekend to arrive but it arrived slightly ahead of schedule. The phone has great features, and a lot of little things you notice only after playing with it for a week - like it checked your hearing and adjusts the phone and audio to compensate for your particular hearing deficiencies. It makes a world of difference when listening on earbuds. The phone's supplied earbuds work well but are a little weak in the bass range. Otherwise the sound is clear and clean. The S Pen is fantastic. You can write notes and save them from the lock screen, which I have already used a couple of times. Once you break the habit of using your fingers to do everything and using the pen instead, your phone's screen doesn't need to be cleaned nearly as often. Depending on how much I use it I can go for a day to a day and a half between charges. It does take a bit longer to charge it because the battery is 1/3 bigger than my previous phone. Using wireless charging it takes a little over 3 hours from a nearly dead battery to full charge. The screen is extremely clear. NOTE; by default the phone is set at 1080P. You have to go in and adjust it to the highest resolution. The battery power takes a hIt but you can still use ti all day on a full charge and have some power left over.

    The phone came in a factory sealed box. It is unlocked. However those one flashed a Sprint boot screen when I started it for the first time. Despite this, it recognized my AT&T SIM card without error and I was able to use the phone once everything else was set up. It took a while to download all the necessary updates and security patches, which is to be expected. Also It downloaded two major Android updates. At the end of the second, when the phone rebooted it said something like "You have changed carrier SIM cards". At that point it said it was deleting all the previous carrier's (Sprint) specific apps and loaded AT&T apps in their place. This time when the phone rebooted it flashed AT&T boot screen not Sprint.

    The product was received in pristine condition, and original (albeit opened) packaging. There were no scratches on the screen or the case and no dings. It felt like the phones were new. The cables, ear pieces, etc. were packaged as well and I'm not sure of they were ever opened.

    The S pen works perfectly, no drag or hesitation. Fingerprint scanner was great. I was even able to scan more than one fingerprint...both work. The cables and ear pieces worked well as did the wireless charging. When you turn the phone on it will immediately walk you through a basic set up. I was able to get to Wi-Fi so that I could sign into my Google account. If I am remembering correctly, being signed into my Google account was useful for the Verizon rep.

    We took the phones to the Verizon store. No problems installing the sim card or the files transfer using the Samsung app SMART SWITCH. I was upgrading from a note 5 and my husband from a note 3. There was not one issue. Depending on the rep switching your phone, everything can be transferred to your new phone and will appear exactly as it was on your former phone. My homepage was exactly as on my former device even with the same screen saver and saved Web pages.

    I ordered a temper glass screen saver, case and a wireless charger from other sellers and all work perfectly with the phone.

    The note 9 is an excellent product. I couldn't have been more satisfied with what I received from Re Cell!!!

    once you get used to the size, it is quite amazing in terms of immediate performance gain vs a galaxy s7. The battery life is extremely impressive. During initial set up, and using smart transfer, extensive browsing and configuration, and ~3 hours of on screen time, the battery is still @ 57 percent. the galaxy s7 is already dead, without any load!

    The S pen is extremely useful if or when you choose to take the time to learn it, and integrate it into your routine. And for the price of this phone, you had better use it.
    It is a fast performer. So far, the only true con to this phone is the BIXBY button.. if only it could be reprogrammed natively, and not require rooting and flashing!

    Extra Caution: Both Samsung and amazon mobile informed me that this phone was sold as "phone only" - no original box, charger or head phones. Ultimately, it happily came with everything that a store bought variant would have!

    Just get it, while the black friday discount is still here!

    Es un excelente dispositivo recién me llegó hoy y está cumpliendo todas mis expectativas, compre la versión de 128Gb y la verdad es que estoy muy satisfecho. Al momento de abrirlo el paquete no estaba sellado (punto malo) y eso me causó algo de desconfianza.. pero al iniciarlo y notar que no tenía ningún raspón o rayadura super que no era de segunda mano, (únicamente lo abrieron para colocar la tarjeta del vendedor), tenía miedo de que el dispositivo rechazara mi tarjeta SIM, pero al insertarla funcionó a la perfección (AT&T), estoy muy contento con mi compra y vale cada centavo. El dispositivo SI cuenta con el procesador Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 que fue la razon principal por lo que lo compre ( considero que es mejor que exynos).
    Durante el envío hubo un problema en la paquetería al ser un servicio externo, me contacte con amazon y el vendedor y éste me atendió en todo momento y estuvo al pendiente de cualquier percance, lo que me dio bastante tranquilidad.

    Pros: cumple con todas las características descritas

    Contra:
