I purchased this for my daughter as a gift. When it arrived, a small portion of the tablet did not read the pen. I texted the company, as suggested with the card provided and they immediately sent another pen (as this seemed logical bc the tablet was fine with our fingers). The pen was received immediately. Sadly It did not work and they sent out a new tablet ,also immediately.
Customer Service was professional, kind and took care of it with no hassle. My daughter loves the tablet, its features, quality, and overall function. Will def highly recommend this company and their products. I cannot boast enough about this company.

Before you read this. I am a real person. Not a jerk. Why the one star?
Not because of the tablet. Tablet is great. Beautiful nice and light and everything you want. A refurbished that is new and works well.
The issue is with the s pen. And this was a minor issue. The nib, the thing at the tip of the pen was bent and no replacement was provided.
I thought okay, let me look up the cost and I can ask the seller to discount the difference.
Seller never picked up my call. Left multiple voicemails and emails. It was to the point where it was principle and not the nib for me.
But hey, it was a refurbish. Cool. The one star is for the really bad customer service. I gave up asking and now its payback time. Here is your one star and i wouldn't buy from the seller again.
Don't buy their stuff, or buy new.

It was the one that I wanted as far as style goes, however one of the "apps" that I used to use on my other tablet, was corrupted and even though I called tech support for help to correct the problem. That particular app is not usable. I downloaded a similar app, but I don't like it as well as the original. Also the sound is not very good. It seems the sound only can come out of one side or the other, never both sides at the same time.
