An external microSD card slot is pretty much a requirement for me with any device I purchase. The extra cost to increase internal storage is usually much higher than the equivalent sized microSD card. I like to carry around a large collection of MP4 movies and music for when I am "offline", and this card is great. The cost is still a bit higher than I was wanting to pay, but at Black Friday pricing I decided it was worth it.
I have it loaded over 90% full with my media and all items play perfectly. Load speeds were reasonable, but not significantly different from other cards I have used in the past. One caution to potential shoppers is to confirm your device supports a card of this size. Some lower budget devices may only support 128GB to 256GB cards, so check the manufacturer's website or your owner's manual before you buy. If it is supported, you will be happy with the purchase.
