As I recall, neither your ad nor the package indicated the speed of the stick. I needed one rated at 1333 MHz to match the one already in my laptop (I've read that mismatched speeds can cause problems). But this one has been working fine. You might want to modify your ad and package label.

For years, I've suffered with a netbook that had only 1GB of RAM (and other low spec hindrances), but finally I decided to upgrade to the maximum possible RAM my little computer could handle (only 2GB, but that's still double what I had before). Choosing this Samsung DDR3 stick was an easy choice because I know how reliable Samsung is when it comes to computer internals. I've been using this stick for about a month now and the computer is clearly much faster and better at handling more programs at once. Typically, I can successfully run between 4 and 6 Chrome tabs, Microsoft Word 2010, and the file explorer on my PC. I highly recommend buying this stick because it's an easy install, it will last you for years, and if you want to increase your RAM or only have a 1GB machine, this will certainly make your life easier.
