I will leave this review until I get a genuine reason as to why the phone which had an eu seal had scuff marks around the aluminium. I literally got the phone 30 minutes ago which i appreciate was fast but the phone itself is being sold as new and a uk version (uk viable). Just to clarify all 4 corners of the phone are scratched with no plastic film on the front of the phone but on the back. The screen itself appears intact but i obviously do not feel comfortable with this phone now. I was really happy about getting this phone as well. 1 star until resolved

This comes with a pre-installed screen protector which is very poor quality. When i opened the sealed box there was already a small chip in this screen protector. It doesn't protect from scratches either - I had it in my bag and there was only a leather purse next to it, with nothing sharp next to it, yet it still scratched. When I googled it I found other people had the same problem and it's due to the flimsy screen protector that is already pre-installed on it. But if you take that off and put another screen protector on it, the fingerprint reader won't work. I got a replacement phone and straight out of the sealed box the screen protector had two large chips in it.

The fingerprint reader doesn't always work first time and sometimes you have to press it a few times before it works. Facial recognition is much quicker and works everytime.

Another annoying thing is that you can't turn the shutter sound off on the camera - yet you can on other makes of phone.

I had tried an S7 before years ago but returned that as it overheated, but luckily the S10 doesn't overheat.

Comes with no instructions (like everything else these days), so downloaded the instruction manual - 300 pages of not very useful information, with no index at the back. So had to resort to ringing Samsung a few times, but they know nothing, so had to google a few questions I had about the phone, and didn't always find the answer.

On the plus side the phone is very lightweight and looks and feels nice.
