Optimal Picture Quality with LED Technology
Like other Samsung LED monitors and TVs, the Samsung T24A350 24-Inch LED HDTV/Monitor Combo is designed to deliver exceptional picture quality with vivid colors and realistic action when you're watching videos or playing games.
Picture-in-Picture Multitasking
Thanks to Picture-in-Picture (PiP) Multitasking, the HDTV/Monitor Combo enables you to watch a TV show and work on your PC at the same time. So you can finish up a work document while you watch the final seconds of the big game on a smaller inset screen.
Connect an HDMI-enabled camcorder, Blu-ray player, or game console for 1080p video.
Exceptional Clarity from Any Angle with MagicAngle
Thanks to Samsung's MagicAngle Vertical feature, you can adjust the monitor's vertical viewing angles by up to 20 different steps, 10 up and 10 down, so that the images on the screen are seen at their best whether you're sitting at your desk or lying on the couch.
HDMI Inputs for an Expanded HD Experience
Built with two HDMI inputs, the HDTV/Monitor Combo offers an exceptional multimedia experience. HDMI provides high-definition digital data from devices like set-top boxes, DVD and Blu-ray players, and gaming consoles. You can also use HDMI inputs to connect devices such as mobile phones and portable consumer electronics.
Enjoy access to USB devices without needing to turn on the computer.
ConnectShare for Easy Enjoyment of Videos, Photos, and More
With Samsung ConnectShare, you can enjoy videos, photos, and other media files on the monitor without even turning on a computer. Simply connect a thumb drive, cell phone, digital camera, camcorder, external disk drive, or other device containing your media files to the monitor's USB port.
Slim Design with a Touch of Color Finish
The HDTV/Monitor Combo sports a Touch of Color design that naturally blends subtle red gradations into the glossy, piano-black bezel frame. At 9.3 pounds, the monitor is exceptionally thin and lightweight, making it easy to lift and move.
Base Hook Keeps Cables Organized
A stand tail at the base of the monitor creates a hook that keeps cables in place and organized. This simple design feature prevents cables from becoming tangled, so your desk stays neat and clean.
Slim, lightweight, elegant design complements any room.
Quick Response Times for Movies, Games, and More
With a response time of five milliseconds, the HDTV/Monitor Combo presents movies, games, and Internet-streamed content with precision and without the motion judder, blurring, and ghosting that can occur on slower monitors. The result is seamless motion imaging, allowing you to enjoy an immersive viewing experience.

No dead pixels in all three sets. No light bleed for a LED-LCD TV. Viewing at different angles is not the easiest (see number two below).
For all mediums, I recommend you turn OFF the energy saver. It simply makes the picture dim and dull. For the PC monitor, the HDMI cable does not yield the best picture quality. Rather, the VGA cables work better because, as one other reviewer notes, HDMI was never made to connect a PC to a monitor.
The ONLY small concerns I have are:
1) It's difficult to fit a cable into the back of the TV due to cramped space in the plastic backing. It's workable, but takes a little arm grease. I felt like I was going to break the back of the set at times when trying to screw-in the cable, but eventually got the cable to fit without breaking the plastic TV backing.
2) The set does NOT swivel when affixed to the stand. It's fixed in the stand with screws. You can't adjust/tilt the screen to match your viewing angle. Not an issue if you mount this on a wall. The TV is stable when affixed to the stand and does not topple over easy like other makes such as Sony.
3) The speaker sound is not great, but I don't expect home theater quality speakers in a thin television. I use one of these with a ZVOX 220 and the sound is more than adequate. After owing three of these sets for a few months, I cannot recommend this product more highly if you have secondary uses such as dining rooms, kitchens, guest bedrooms or as a PC monitor.
Update - 3/11/2012: The price is now $179 on Amazon. For this price, I highly recommend the TV.
Be sure to follow the manual's instructions regarding Edit Name and Input Source. From other reviews that I've read, the picture quality is degraded unless you match these settings with your hardware. In other words, if you're using this HDTV/monitor with a Blu-ray player like my LG BD630, your source setting should be HDMI Blu-ray. If you're using this HDTV/monitor with your computer, your source setting should match the connector on your computer. If your connection is DVI, then your source will be PC. If, like me, you use a DVD-HDMI adapter, your source will be HDMI/DVI PC.
I don't like using the pressure-sensitive electronic buttons on the monitor. Fortunately Samsung's SyncMaster TA350 comes with a remote controller that is much easier to use. When you first set up the monitor, use the Tools button to set the Edit Name. If you switch back and forth between components--I switch between my PC and my Blu-ray player--the Source button makes the switch easy. Or you can use the HDMI button.
For gaming, this HDTV/monitor combo is as good as any pure computer monitor that I've used. The colors are bright, the 5 ms response time is fast enough, and for old games that don't support widescreen, you can use the remote to switch quickly from 16:9 widescreen to 4:3 standard. So far with the TA350, I've played Heroes of Might & Magic III, Heroes of Might & Magic IV, and the original Diablo. With the 4:3 setting they look perfect. And the sound is excellent. (Diablo should be run with the 256-colors compatibility mode, accessible by right-clicking the icon.)
Regarding Blu-ray picture quality, it is the best I've experienced. But I think that is at least partially due to my LG BD630 player. Blu-ray software viewing on my PC does not come across as well.
P.S. (March 3, 2012):
After four months of usage, this HDTV/Monitor suddenly and inexplicably developed trouble. Here is the information:
Roughly 30-50% of the times when I boot up my computer, my monitor fails to detect a signal from it. I must then restart, at which point my monitor usually detects the signal. But not always. Sometimes I need to restart more than once.
These restarts are bad for my computer. Therefore I have decided to buy a new monitor, and it will not be a combo HDTV/Monitor. The one I have has proved untrustworthy.
I use the HDTV part of the combo with my LG BD630 Blu-ray player, and it nevers fails to detect that signal.
I have tried everything I can think of for a solution. I've checked cables, connections, and power source. I've tried using different connections on my video card--an AMD Radeon HD 6870--but whether I use the HDMI connection or the DVI connection (I have to use an HDMI-to-DVI adapter for that), I still get the intermittent failures to detect a signal. I've tried juggling the order in which I turn on my PC and HDTV/Monitor, thinking a signal surge might be easier to detect. No luck. It makes not difference.
Sometimes it detects; sometimes it doesn't.
I have given up on this unit, but I am publishing my account because the information might be helpful to someone.

This flat screen is very thin, not really heavy, has a VESA mount and a shinny finish, which I dont like but you might do.
The colors are ok, loud speakers, doesnt take too long to change the channels, and lots of connections!
But here is the bad thing.
One day I was connecting the HDMI cable from my playstation 3 to the HDTV and nothing showed up on the screen, then all of the sudden it turned off and the power light started to blink red. After this it never turned on again, the power light just keep blinking red!
Calling samsung to send it to repair is a pain in the back hole. All 3-4 representatives I got transferred were very very rude. All 3 of them told me this model was not in the system and since they couldnt open a ticket without the model number I could not send it to Warranty!
I love Samsung products am I big fan of their cellphones and DVD players. This is the worst and I hope last experience with them! never going to buy a TV again.
