I cannot find any info on the UHS cards anywhere now. It is almost as if they never existed. My best guess is that SanDisk's first printing of these High Endurance line of cards was in Taiwan using more expensive materials and have since decided to go the cheaper route since they never marketed them for anything higher than 1080p recording.
I get about 21-23mbs write and read speeds from the newer ones, which is a bit better than advertised. I give these new cards 3 stars, they're nothing special.
If I remember right, the UHS card seems to give me write speeds way up there, about 60 or so mbs. I would give those cards 5 stars and if I could get those anywhere, I would.
Never have an issue with it, works like a charm.
For anyone buying this card for the same reason, know that this 64GB memory card provided me with 6 hours and 17 minutes of record time at those settings (1080p/60p). Not sure if these will be the same with every camera, but for anyone who happened to be buying that model camera and this memory card, there's your numbers for you.
Great for the price! Love that it is white!!! How many times do you accidentally drop this and have to look for it for a second? How convenient for them to manufacture the card in all-white! Sticks out like a sore thumb.
After I got over the initial shock and anger, I contacted SanDisk to inquire about the 2 year warranty they for the card. Unfortunately, I have yet to hear back. The customer service is pretty much non existent. I had better responses talking to a wall.
I do not recommend purchasing this card. Furthermore, I recommend that whatever card you do purchase, to ensure you periodically check to ensure your dash cam or video surveillance is actually recording. Learn from my mistake.
Update: Tried reaching sandisk support and never got a response, BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
(Original review 5/15/17) Just maybe, this is The One! I have a Blackvue and I have tried many cards from different manufacturer. All of them eventually fail to keep up with my dashcam. The first day or two would be fine, then I start hearing the "Restarting" message. With this SanDisk High Endurance, I installed it and have had it running for 17 straight days without any glitches or resets at all. I'm thrilled with it! I do follow Blackvue's recommendation of re-formatting the card weekly.
I love my dashcam but it needs to work right. This may have done the trick. I will update as the summer goes on and see how long it actually lasts. If I could reliably get six months from a 32GB card I would call that a win.

As Amazon insist on grouping different products together - please stop this practice!
I bought this MicroSD card for my new Dash Cam. I spent a lot of time researching the best type to buy, given that most of these are not recommended for dash cams and will void warranties if used in such a device. So unless you want to pay a hefty premium (and likely to be more than the cost of the actual average Dash Cam), I recommend this SanDisk High Endurance Card.
It is specifically listed as suitable for Dash Cameras, so this really sold it for me. The price is very reasonable too for the 64Gb model and will allow 10,000 write cycles of HD video recording and has a 2 year guarantee! It is temperature proof, shock proof and water proof, so should easily be able to withstand extremes of temperatures experienced in hot summers and cold winters whilst left in the Camera in the car.
I would always recommend formatting this card in the dash camera itself if you have his option on your device, as, if using Windows to format the MicroSD Card, it will create a system volume information folder and files on the Card. This can cause problems with some Dash Cameras not recognising the file format. Trying to get rid of the System Volume Information Files can be a problem if you are not IT competent.
Overall, using the card to date, it has worked brilliantly. The supplied adapter easily allows the card to be transferred to your PC for viewing or copying your video files across. If buying the 64 Gb version - be sure that your Dash Camera supports this capacity. Most only support 32Gb cards. I believe SanDisk also produce a 32 Gb High Endurance version too. Very impressed to date, and with the Dash Cam approval of this model and the 2 year guarantee, I don't think I could of found better.
One thing to be aware of is the packaging. It is so tight that you will need a scissors and / or a knife to open the pack up - so be really careful not to damage the small card inside (or your fingers)!
I only bought this card as the Transcend card recommended for dashcams was apparently unavailable, I should have waited because I've had nothing but problems with aforementioned corrupt files, had a few 'incidents' not recorded for no good reason, I'd blame the camera but it works better with a Sandisk Ultra (which is probably the worst possible MicroSD card to put in a dashcam!).
All these annoyances came to a head when the card finally decided to stop responding completely today, not being accessible via the camera or PC, tried forcing a format on it, alas it was far too gone for that so after contacting Amazon chat support who kept me waiting about for an inordinately long time to tell me 'sorry you are out of your 30 day return window, please contact the manufacturer', well yes that's where I wanted help getting a RMA (something usually much easier from the retailer).
Anyway back to the Card, I can't recommend it, maybe I got a duff one until I find out for sure 2 stars is being generous.
This one is designed for the purpose and, being a San Disk product, is covered by their warranty. Over several decades, I've never had a San Disk device fail, so while I don't expect this one to last forever, I do expect it to outlast the warranty. It's only had few hours use, so it's far too early to say more than it works faultlessly. If I have any problems, I'll be sure to update this review.
I have finally got the answer through Cobra (who also never replied...I had to call them in the end) and they have advised it is not compatiable with 64GB (I now need to purchase a 32GB card). Although this probably works fine with compatiable devices the review score is based solely on the lack of Customer Service help & product information as it is not clear what devices are compatiable. For anyone with a Cobra CDR905DBT get the 32GB card instead. Also Sandisk customer service staff if you don't know the answer then go away & find out...don't just ignore emails as it rude.
I Was rather frustrated to have a microSD card fail in one of my cameras which meant having to go up the ladder and replace the failed card. So I bought this high endurance card which is probably better suited to the harsh environment and constant writes of a CCTV camera. Working well so far.
Due to the load placed on memory cards by Dashcams by the constant recording and sudden switch offs you need to buy a high endurance card like this one.
The listings on amazon aren’t not clear on this but there Is plenty on the forums about it.
If you buy the ultra version of the cards they have a high failure rate.
This card works exactly as expected and comes with the normal SD card adapter. Working well for me.
This card is working well in a dashcam, no problems. I don't know if it's marketing fluff about the 'high endurance' feature for video recording, but having read some learned words on the internet I went for this rather than a regular 32Gb.
Time will tell!
