I've bought several of these over the last year and they always work very well. When used in a dash cam they many hold hours of video, and copying to and from these cards has always been flawless.

While their small size is convenient in most ways, they're smaller than my smallest finger nail and require a small amount of dexterity to handle. They are also VERY easy to misplace or lose! Still, the best way I've found to inexpensively hold tons of data for a small cost.

Intentionally to have for my birthday. I lost all of my pictures of my family and myself from my birthday party this year! While this card was in my phone it caused it to reactivated itself at least 10 times! This card cause me to not only lose my irreplaceable photos but it also caused my phone to delete over half of my apps! I don't know if its caused any permanent damage to my phone yet or not! My phone has been working fine since I put one of my old sd cards back in it yesterday. I will never buy another sd card online! I'd rather pay more and get a genuine card at a store! Thanks for ruining my birthday memories! Obviously you don't care about your customers, your just greedy and want to rip us off! I'm very unhappy! I just wanted to warn everyone before they purchased this card! I pray this doesn't happen to anyone else!

I have always trusted Sandisk to be a good reliable brand I could count on to deliver quality, but buying this SD card twice and having them both arrive defective changed my mind. The first SD card I ordered on here worked okay at first but after a couple weeks or so of use basically turned into ROM where it would not let me add or delete anything on the card. Because of this, I could not return the card. I had client information I could not risk.

Thinking that was just a fluke, I ordered a second card. This card was also defective but in a different way. The malfunctions were not consistent, but still rendered the card unusable. Files took longer to transfer over than they should have and sometimes did not even show up on my phone or PC despite the space on the card being registered as being used up by what was on there. At least this one was able to format so I can get my money back.

Will be ordering another microSD soon, but it won't be a Sandisk.

I purchased this for use solely with my dash cam.

I leave my automotive dash cam on 24/7.
After about 6 months plus of using it in that manner the camera started saying "please insert memory card".

With my dash cam set to loop and overwrite older media after this fills up and the video files being 1080p I'm pretty sure I extended the write life of the memory card.

I'm going to try and recover and reuse it. It's possible if I set the dash cam to be a lower resolution then 1080p with 480mb looping file sizes I should be able to get a longer life. This would be due to less deletes and overwrites taking place.

Overall for the price I'm happy with my purchase. Do pay attention to how you're using this card so you don't potentially run into the same issue I did.

I have bought a number of both thumb drives a one hard drive from Sandisk in the past. Their products are very easy to use and still use my hard drive to this day.Well, I bought this item about two months back and it started off fine, running like a great storage drive for my Samsung phone. However, for the past few weeks its been giving me nothing but problems including mounting issues, refusal to format, and now it wont even read! I plugged it into the adapter it came with and THAT WOULDNT READ EITHER! Did some background research on the item and found Sandisk has been selling fraudulent SD cards for some time now. And in my case, I was sold a card that was due to fail at some point and an adapter that didnt even read. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Will not purchase anything from Sandisk ever again! I have included pictures of Adapter and SD card. You will notice, especially on adapter, absence of serial number or card reader on back.

The Secure Digital storage device is technology that was appropriated from aliens when they crashed in Roswell in 1947. Only recently, and with the guidance of the Secure Digital Association of San Ramon CA (also staffed by aliens) have we achieved the manufacturing acumen necessary to duplicate, for public consumption, this modern marvel. They are truly a god-send, since god sent the aliens here, for our digital age. These are the alternative facts.

I received this on April 2, 2015 for my Galaxy S5. Shortly thereafter, there was an OS update for the Samsung Galaxy S-series, following the release of the Galaxy S3 phones.

I noticed that immediately after, the SD card lost all of the application data and was no longer storing new photos. I thought it was the OS, and since I was eligible for an upgrade, I traded in my S5 for a Note Edge.

Well, guess what. It was not my phone. The SD 128 drive does not work in my new phone. I have a tablet with an SD 32gb disk, so I decided to do a little swapping and testing... the 32gb drive works in both devices but the 128gb is not recognized by either. Yes, I even backed-up the data and reformed the disk.

What's worse is that I'm writing this review on May 9th, 2015. EXACTLY 4 days after the expiration of the 30 day return period. Essentially, I lit $75 on fire...weeeeee.

These 128gb drives go bad. Don't get stuck like me and so many others. I have a 32gb and 64gb drive and both have worked flawlessly, and Ive had the 64gb drive for over a year. Do yourself a favor and just buy a smaller drive for a much more reasonable price.

I used this on a Sony Camcorder at 1080p 60fps, and halfway though my European vacation when the card was about 3/4 full I started to get error messages saying "Buffer Overflow - could not write to the media in time". I assumed if this was a true SDXC class 10 card, it should have no problem handling 1080p @ 60fps. I've used similarly rated cards in the past in this camera with no problems. I'm not sure what happened, but I was not pleased. I switched the camcorder to photo mode and took a few photos and it wrote to the card without issue. Then I switched it back to video mode and it would record again. I had to do this several times through the rest of the vacation.

The long and the short of it, I was able to use this card and I was able to preserve my memories with it, but I will never trust this card again for future vacations. I'll get the UHS-3 card (for 4K) instead.

Just to be clear, I have absolutely no complaints with this card. I have a Go Pro Hero 4 Black, so I only use this card for normal filming (1080p/30fps, maybe 60fps too), but It's not built to handle very high speed data rates, such as filming in 2.7K or 4K. For a Class 10 Micro SD Card (the highest class of the first tier of SD card speeds), this will do any FULL HD filming with perfect performance and fast read/write times.

Capturing the footage to the computer to the card is a breeze as well, you can either purchase a cheap (they are under $20) SD card reader on Amazon, or a lot of cameras just plug straight into the computer (like the GoPro), so you have some options. If you need a 64, 32, 16, or even 8GB SD or Micro SD card, and you are trying to figure out what brand to go with, GO WITH SANDISK!! I cannot stress this enough, ESPECIALLY FOR GO PRO USERS: DO NOT GO WITH THE OFFICIAL "GO PRO RECOMMENDED" MICRO SD CARD!! It cannot handle the data speeds that it films in. Just to be clear, this can't either (only the highest speeds) but you know you have a quality product if it's a Sandisk. I strictly use sandisk for all of my SD card needs, and have never once had a single issue with ANY of their cards (Ultra, Extreme, Extreme Pro).

Very, very disappointed. I bought two of these cards to add music and pictures to my Samsung Galaxy Tab s 8.4 tablet. I was unsuccessful trying to add more than 5 or 6 GB of music to either card. At a certain point the card would refuse to have files written to it and would declare itself "write protected" and no amount of attempted reformatting would do anything. Even using SanDisk's own card reformat tool is pointless. The card states is has been reformatted and yet still contains the few files that were successfully written to it.More troubling still is the error message that when the card fails to accept data, Windows error message states that "The volume is dirty" and to "please run chkdsk". After running chkdsk and getting the same results, I loaded a six year old Kingston memory card and it accepted the files just fine. Old Kingston memory, from my S4 Active phone solved the music issue in the tablet but, SanDisk, what gives with these cards "write protecting" themselves? I now have 70 dollars worth of useless memory. Totally unacceptable.
