SanDisk memory card cases are the solution to organizing all your memory cards. These durable cases can fit most types of memory cards including: *SD/SDHC, *XD (all types), *CF (type I/II), *MS/MS Pro/MS Pro Duo, *MMC, *MiniSD (w/ SD adapter), *MicroSD (w/ SD adapter) This Sandisk case provides a snug tight fit for each memory card which offers the maximum protection (unlike other cases which simply holds the cards with a small net). Store, protect, and carry your multiple cards with SanDisk memory card cases.

The hinge that others have said doesn't look too sturdy is very hardy and is exactly the same style as the smaller ones. The rubber-like molded inserts are well made and not at all overly stiff. It is the same material as the smaller ones and I have had no issues at all with them. I was a little surprised at the heft of these since the smaller ones are not nearly as heavy and have provided all the safety and protection my cards have needed so far. As I said before, I am looking to move some of my older cards to a new longer-term storage since I can't find the smaller card cases anymore and am very glad that these seem to be a larger, heftier version of the ones I already have.
The snapping latches that hold the top and bottom closed are the same style as the other case but there are two versus just the one on the smaller case. I have had no issues with the others and don't expect any with these. They are spaced apart perfectly and do not stick out so they will not catch or snag on anything in the camera bag. Also, you have to deliberately try to open them which I like, since they won't come open by something brushing against them.
The top and bottom surfaces are very flat so you could adhere a label to them to identify the contents if you needed to. I would imagine that you would need to use a label with a good amount of stick to it since these are made of plastic and don't look to be too easy to stick to. I may try it myself and will let you know.
I will post an update after the trip or if anything changes my opinion of these later on since I just got them today and have not even put any cards in them. I am inserting a link to the other (smaller) version for your reference. If you can find them, they are also a great product. I like to have them on shoots where I am not able to carry a lot of weight/gear. I can store two cards in them and they literally attach to my keychain.
Sandisk Memory Card Case
The Pelican can do 12 SDs (only) [they could have given us more inside cut outs for other memory!], whereas the SanDisk case can do 4 SDs placed underneath 4 Compact flashes and its cutout can accommodate Memorysticks etc. It is odd that more configurations do not exist in such a simple thing as memory cases... Consumers have to toss up one for the other combination etc. and it took sometime to find a case with an interior that fits my needs adequately.
The SanDisk is heavier, fairly significantly, but more compact; it is easier to open/close the SanDisk whereas the Pelican is too tightly clasped and one struggles hard to open. That said, the cases are of different textured plastic: the Sandisk is a matt plastic casing whereas the Pelican is a smooth shiny plastic. Both cases appear to protect valued memory; haven't sumberged them but for daily use both appear fine.
The Con: the Sandisk case's plastic has some weakness; packed securely inside a Samsonite handgrip for one trip (its first), my case has shattered in between the bottom right side edges, bizarrely. A whole 1 inch piece has come out, and the red inner insulation is exposed. There is a 2 cm crack emanating from whatever point of impact : what could have possibly caused such a displacement I don't know. Given that my handgrip did not contains bricks...this is unexpected. I can only think that the Sandisk plastic shell is in some way more brittle than I thought; maybe less flex in it.
As a result, I find the Pelican a better made case, albeit with restricted cut outs.
All in all, I highly recommend purchasing this case over the other brands because of the solid yet flexible inner rubber lining.
