I wasn’t able to get it to work. When my computer connected to it wirelessly, it said that there’s no memory card present. Directly in my USB port, it shows 64gb. Also, you can’t use Chrome to connect because it will force you to use https, which doesn’t work with this stick. Also, my connection is directly to the stick’s own wi fi network, although I did provide it my home wi fi connection hoping to not have to switch networks. The app is able to connect, it just doesn’t show any files. Great concept but not ready for consumers.

Horrible product...could not make it work properly or consistently. Purchased as a "solution" for exporting photos and videos from my iPhone and iPad while on a month-long vacation without a laptop or a desktop, and the wireless stick never once worked properly. After two attempts it kept saying that it was not sufficiently charged, please connect to a power source - which I did, once for a few hours and again overnight, and I still consistently received that message. Plus there were no instructions packed with the product. So it was a complete waste of money. Complete, because I was away from the country the whole month and was unable to return the product in Amazon's 30 day window - was unwilling to, as well, since I had no way to download what few pictures and videos did transfer to the stick before it completely stopped working. Worthless!
