About Sandra Tabatha Cicero
She met her husband and co-author Charles "Chic" Cicero in the early 1980's and the Golden Dawn system of magic has been her primary spiritual focus ever since. Tabatha spent five years working on the paintings for "The Golden Dawn Magical Tarot" which she began at the encouragement of Israel Regardie.
Both Chic and Tabatha are Chief Adepts of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn as re-established by Israel Regardie. The Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, of which Tabatha is the current G.H. Cancellaria, is an international Order with Temples in several countries. Tabatha is also the current Supreme Magus (Imperatrix) of the Societas Rosicruciana in America.
Chic and Tabatha have written numerous books on the Golden Dawn, Tarot, and Magic. To find out more visit: www.hermeticgoldendawn.org.

The Qabalah is the ancient system of Hebrew mysticism that is the foundation of Western magical and esoteric studies. Its primary symbol is the Tree of Life, a diagram that can aid in the study of the nature of the Universe, the essence of God, and the human mind, spirit, and soul. A Garden of Pomegranates is the clearest introductory guide on this subject.
When Israel Regardie wrote A Garden of Pomegranates in 1932, he designed it to be a simple yet comprehensive guidebook outlining the complex system of the Qabalah and providing a key to its symbolism. Since then, it has achieved the status of a classic among texts on the Qabalah. The full annotations, critical commentary, and explanatory notes now make this book the ultimate single resource on the subject. The new material, including pathworkings, exercises, daily affirmations, rituals, meditations, and more, not only complement the original, full text included in this edition, but also make A Garden of Pomegranates the book you simply must have.
The Golden Dawn is one of the most influential and respected systems of magic in the world. Over a century old, the teachings of this once-secret society are considered the capstone of the Western Esoteric Tradition. Yet many of the available books on the subject are too complex or overwhelming for readers just beginning to explore alternative spiritual paths.
The Essential Golden Dawn is for those who simply want to find out what the Golden Dawn is and what it has to offer. Written by recognized experts on the topic, this introduction to High Magic is both straightforward and succinct. It explores the origins of Hermeticism and the Western Esoteric Tradition, as well as the rich history of the Golden Dawn and its founders. This guide explains the "laws" of magic and magical philosophy, describes different areas of magical knowledge that a Golden Dawn magician can expect to learn, and presents basic rituals for the novice.
If you have been curious about the Golden Dawn, but intimidated by its scope, this concise guide will shed light on this powerful system of practical magic and spiritual growth.
Information on the nature of virtually every magical tool and device used in the initiations and magic of the Golden Dawn is included in this book. That way you can choose which ones you would like to add to your magical practices. Then, after you choose, the book includes full directions for making everything from the wands and altars to the pillars and Enochian tablets. The Ciceros have spent over two decades refining their construction methods, so you will be able to learn from their extensive experience.
This book has something to offer to those uninterested in the Golden Dawn tradition itself, but interested in learning how to make and use the magical tools. Here you will find the secrets of the wand and dagger, chalice and pentacle. You also may choose to use the pillars and banners, or any of the hundreds of tools and symbols described in the book. Whether you are a Wiccan, Witch, Thelemite, or Ceremonial Magician, you will find lots of value here.
Readers who do not want to be part of a group, but would like to link into the Golden Dawn tradition will also find this book helpful. With these tools, and the information about their meaning, you can link into the "Golden Dawn Current" and practice real Golden Dawn magic.
And finally, if you are a member of a group that follows the Golden Dawn tradition, you will find that having these tools will enhance your rituals and give them even greater vitality.
