This Muscle Carts garden wagon has a 400 lb. load capacity, is made of steel, and comes with folding, removable sides for flatbed use. The utility wagon is designed for transporting up to 400 lb. of supplies, equipment, or materials. The crate's steel mesh construction provides increased rust resistance over iron, and has a powder-coated finish for durability. To facilitate loading and unloading of heavy items from the wagon, the sides of the crate fold down, and can be removed entirely for flatbed wagon applications, such as transporting oversized articles. The wagon comes with a steel handle with a D-style grip, and four 10" pneumatic rubber tires to resist abrasion and absorb shock while rolling on assorted indoor and outdoor terrain.

I LOVE the option for the drop down sides. It helped me a lot to unload bags after I had loaded and carted them to the proper place in the yard. They are so easy to use and also very easy to remove! They do clank on the wheels a bit if you just drop them down so if you need the cart as a flatbed, I would just take them off. The wheels are great on all terrain! Our yard is a bit of a mess while we work so it had to go over hoses, piles of pulled weeds - all sorts of uneven ground.
I did not test the upper limits of the weight capacity. We loaded 250 lbs of bags of rock in it, but they likely weighed much more because they were also wet. No issues at all with the cart not being able to hold it so I know it could do more. The problem was - I can't pull more so that was as much as we tried.
The instructions could use some work on this one. They did it in only a couple pictures with written steps below - but not a true step by step with photos. That would be OK except the pictures are way to small. And we are not older with any sort of eye issues - and we were still squinting to try to figure out what went where and with what parts. But we did manage it - just took a little longer than it could have.
Smell - tires
I've read some reviews that talk about the smell of the tires and I can attest - that is accurate. They really stink! Even when inside the box there was a smell - once we opened it, the smell was very strong! But once we assembled it, we took it outside and let it air out. Since we keep it outside the house and the smell dissipated after a couple days outdoors, I didn't have an issue.
Overall, very pleased with this purchase! Wish we had researched and found this a few years ago! It will definitely get a lot of use in our household every year as we continue to improve on our garden beds!
Overall the cart seems sturdy and I was able to use it to unload heavy garden stones out of my car across the yard to place around a tree. Also, Murphy approves which is an added bonus.
*Dave actually did all of the tightening of the nuts
**Dave is smarter than me
While it is not the heaviest duty wagon, it'll be fine for my use. It's worth the price. If you need a wagon for frequent heavy loads- spend the money on a real one.
It arrived within a few days and I opened the box and removed all the parts (which were all there-but the tires do need air) and looked over the horrible assembly instruction sheet. I familiarized myself with the parts, and I have to emphasize, this is a Must! The directions are written in the worst English and you really have to reread and study. Actual assembly took less than an hour but seemed like 4. I did have to redo a few of my connections, loosen some bolts, tighten others.
When it was finally done, I have to say I like it. It won't haul a ton of stuff and it seems a lot larger in the pictures but all in all, a good purchase. My advice, stay calm, relax and review the scant, poorly written instructions. It'll work but it will get frustrating.
All in all I'd say THIS one is a keeper!
