Pros:
The AMD autodetect downloaded just the driver and not any crapware
Can run native resolution with the Windows Basic Driver
Low power usage
Good packaging

Cons:
The Saphire autodetect thought Windows 10 was Windows 8.1
Crashes all the time (Only ever completed 1 Overwatch round)
DVI has artifacts (vertical bands of the image in the wrong order) sometimes during boot, but not the HDMI output
Dual fan can be annoying in that the power cable for my SSD lines up with the fan. Took some finesse to keep it away from the blades.
Removing the cover on the DVI connector was a PITA... It took a knife and some work...

Edit: Talked to Sapphire Support and they "implied" the card is probably defective after I tested it in two machines. They technically just told me to RMA it with Amazon.

This card is marketed to people that want to play MMOs at max settings and it does just that. The only online game that I couldnt max out was Overwatch which only reaches Ultra, at Epic the framerate starts dipping below 60 which is bad for a fast paced shooter. You can still play every AAA game out there but you have to make some small compromises with the settings.
Pros:
*75 watts, so potentially you can buy an old used desktop and buy this card plus a more stable low wattage PSU (just in case) and have a good gaming rig on the cheap.
*While it doesnt that feature where the fans stop spinning at idle it is still dead quiet because 2 fans is overkill for a 75w card
*Better value than the 4GB 460

Cons:
The shroud feels cheap and there is no backplate (but what did you expect for a cheap GPU)

Pros:
+I play CSGO medium settings (No need for high) with 200-300FPS when I'm recording its 150-250FPS
+Play any game with a good amount of FPS
+Can hold double monitors with barely any FPS drop
+Amazing for the price
+The 4gb is like $14 more that gives you maybe 5 FPS more so it's not worth it
+Very easy to install no cords just runs off of the motherboard
+Very fast internet browsing
Cons:
-There is honestly no cons for the price I love this graphics card for what I use it for

This card works as expected on linux and in windows 7 & 10. Sapphire, this card works great for me on my rig. My computer hasn't crashed at all with this card and it runs the games i throw at it beautifully. Firewatch for example runs beautifully at the highest settings with no lag. I'm not a big gamer so for me this card makes the most sense. But because i like to game sometimes, i could play all the modern games with this card at reasonable performance. Also this card is whisper quiet, even under heavy load. My cpu cooler makes much more noise than this card does.

There's a problem that's been reported with a number of these cards that keep crashing after a few minutes of play. It seems that the manufacturers saw fit to overclock the cards faster than what the drivers for the cards are equipped to handle - or so the story goes. Anyway i did experience many problems such as that with a different branded 4 gb card that used an external 6 pin connector from the power supply to power the card. This card uses on the pci-e slot to power it. Also if you have game crashing and you are using windows, you can reduce the overclock speed with wattman - built into the crimson drivers. Having the latest graphics drivers is your best bet to avoid crashes due to overclocking crashes.

I have not had any overclocking crashes with this card of any of my games. And since i use linux and not windows primarily, this is important to me because the aforementioned wattman isn't included with linux drivers to reduce the overclocking speed.

If you're a heavy gamer, but the rx-480 8 gb card and have at it. Buy two of them and crossfire it if you have the coin.

PS if you want to buy two of these cards and crossfire it then you might as well buy the rx-470 as the performance of one rx-470 is equal to two rx-460s

Update 12 Oct 2016:

After several weeks of use i have begun to notice purple bars on the side of the screen and a sort of double vision on the screen as well. Time to return this for replacement.

UEIF mode no good for old motherboard.

If you have an old pc, don't buy this card - go look for ones with legacy or with 6-8pin connector. But I was able to run it (pc booted and played games) in my gaming rig.

I only problem that I had with this card was that
it made my pc fail to boot after installing it. All the fans (including the card) spinning as they would normally. It may be my old motherboard fault for not being able to provide enough power via PCI slot. Or simple my old motherboard can't be run UEIF. But I have tested a 4gb with 6pin version of the card and was able to run it.

The RX 460 2gb surprised me in many games and dissapointed me in a few. But do I regret the buy? NOPE. For eSports games like CSGO its AMAZING, max settings 1080p, 60fps, easy peazy in CSGO. In AAA games like Arkham Knight it still managed to be a strong competitor, you can achieve nearly 60fps by lowering your res to 900p or even 720p for an fps boost. Some games I had struggles with but that wasn't the cards fault I believe, my CPU is an AMD FX 4300, so it doesnt bottleneck in most games but in CPU intensive games like GTA 5 I unfortunately saw no difference upgrading from my R7 250x to this card, but if your CPU is better than mine I'd expect a significant improvement. 8/10 a good card for some modern games and EXCELLENT for esports and classics.

Si quieres jugar juegos AAA actuales lo vas a poder hacer con esta tarjeta gráfica, aunque por su precio no debes esperar un rendimiento bastante fluido. Por ejemplo The Witcher 3 puedo jugarlo a 42 fps en 1080p con algunos presets en altos y otros en medios, no es la mejor fluidez, pero vamos que por su precio va bastante bien.

Otros juegos menos pesados como el lol te los levanta a mas de 150 fps con todos los gráficos. Overwatch por su parte lo puedes jugar a 70 fps en 1080p con configuración Ultra por defecto.

Otros como el Tomb Raider 2013, Outlast, Dishinored, etc., puedo jugarlos con todo en ultra a 60fps sin bajones. También lo he probado con toda la saga de BioShock y hasta MadMax que este último lo juego entre 45 y 60 fps en 1080p y mas de 70 fps en 900p con setings altos.

La tarjeta no hace ruido y mantiene temperaturas estables entre los 60, subiendo a no más de 69 en títulos demandantes, aunque claro, esta gráfica no está hecha para este tipo de juegos.

En conclusión, por el precio la tarjeta está bastante bien, aunque si quieres jugar juegos AAA, mejor optar por una 1050 Ti en caso de tener el presupuesto, no obstante si sólo la usarás para eSports, no necesitarás gastar más.

I got it for 9k during offer. But regular price is higher. Since GTX 1050 is priced similarly Amd needs to lower the price.
In most game and benchmark GTX 1050 can outperform Rx 460 but Rx 460 has uper hand in Dx 12 Games. It can even match GTX 1050Ti in some DX 12 Games. Since Dx12 games started coming out so for long term usage Rx 460 is better choice or If you want to keep it more than 2-3 year. If lower the settings a bit It can play even most gpu demanding games.
Only game I have tested is Witcher 3
Getting 30- 35 FPS in 1080p High Settings
Idle Temp: 35 C
Load Temp : 76 C
If you're on tight budget and want to play upcoming games on DX 12 then get it.
