Sarah Andreas is an author and corporate coach. As the founder of WiseWood LLC, she guides emerging leaders in identifying what is holding them back and how they can use strategies to move forward.
Sarah has a Master of Business Administration degree and is currently doing her dissertation work for her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Johnson University. A lifelong learner, Sarah is a Kent State Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a Project Management Professional (PMP), and a DISC® Facilitator. She uses these skills to help her clients identify their current state, future state, and develop a strategy plan to move forward on their career journey.
Sarah often shares an African Proverb: “If you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together.” Sarah believes that by building and maintaining relationships we can create growth and development for everyone. She is passionate about helping emerging leaders create strategies to achieve the career journey of their dreams.
Sarah has worked for four Harley-Davidson dealerships in Northeastern Ohio for more than 11 years. Riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle is one of her favorite summer pastimes. Sarah lives on a 250+ acre farm in Strasburg, Ohio with her husband Dan and their son Marcus. Yes, she knows how to drive a tractor and ride a Harley-Davidson motorcycle!
