An candid and shocking look at both the Healthcare AND more importantly Child Protection Industries in Australia. Without a Bill of Human Rights (there is a Charter of Rights in Victoria only) Australia is a very dangerous place to raise children, and a male has less rights than an animal once Child Protection gets involved with your life.
This can't happen you might say? You are wrong, very wrong, and when it does, unless you have a large sum of money saved for a legal defence (Why dont I know about this? It could be because unless in a higher court, the childrens and family court is a non reportable jurisdiction).
The main message here is: avoid social workers without a lawyer, do NOT talk to them. Avoid psychologists and be wary of childrens and standard hospitals if taking children. You have the RIGHT to remain silent. Anthing you say can and WILL be used against you.
Child Protection Workers do NOT generally protect children or produce positive outcomes for Children they remove - see the work of the late US Senator Nancy Shaeffer or have a look at the Senate Enquiry being held in Canberra February 2015 lead by Greens Senator Siewert (I am politically neutral).
The United Nations Convention of the Rights of a Child is being misused by individual States in Australia who are taking mature, experienced and responsible parents under the category of Psychological or Emotional Abuse, and then building a case against the parents without evidence, in a non evidence court!
Anyone with Children should make this MANDATORY reading if they live in Australia. This CAN happen to you! How do I know? Because it happened to me...and I love my children like any parent, and am a very good parent.
And yet Child Protection forced my wife and I apart (they were going to take the girls off her if she stayed), out of our family home, out of our careers / jobs, all on the base of false evidence that was never proved, and tried to attack me for domestic violence (saying that blocking my daughter off facebook and confiscating a mobile phone) and threatened her if she spoke to me they would take the children, despite telling us otherwise.
"Child Protection do more harm than good in almost all cases" was a phrase used by a Senior Sargeant when my daughter went missing. I have yet to meet an honest and credible Social worker employed in the Child Protection Industry.
Ask youselves an essential question - how would you feel and what would you do if they took your children away? What COULD you do?
