Worth the money!
Worth the money. I was tired of buying cheap faulty wireless chargers that disconnect randomly. It’s flat and sleek design is just what I was looking for. It’s also USB-C and can charge multiple devices at once.

I originally gave this product 3 stars because it was a nice charger that unfortunately started breaking down shortly after I bought it. The iPhone charger broke after one week, then the Airpod charger stopped working after a few months.

However, the company reached out to me and offered to send me a new charger, free of charge. The new one works great and I haven't had any issues with it.

I haven't tested this with my replacement (so I could be wrong), but I suspect my original charger broke because I tried charging my five-year-old iPhone X with it, rather than a newer model that's optimized for wireless charging. Once the iPhone charger stopped working, I started using the Airpod charger to charge my phone, which may explain why it gave out a few months later. If something was going to break because they weren't optimized for each other, I guess I'd rather have the charger break instead of my phone.

Overall good product, well designed. Compared to other wireless chargers I’ve used in the past this has the modern minimal look. It’s slim and blends well on my nightstand. The only reason I gave this a four star review is that from side it’s hard to see if your phone is charging or not. It has indicator lights but it’s not bright enough from certain angles

but it's downhill from there. Does charge my Series 4 watch but an iPhone 8 would not stay on the charging unit. I thought it was because it was vibrating during charging, so I tried just placing the phone on the unit without plugging into the wall within 5 minutes my phone had again slide off the charger. Tried placing the charger on two other locations thinking the table wasn't level - but same result. I'm returning for a refund and looking elsewhere. Very disappointed as I have a numeric keypad from this company that's been rock solid for years.

First of all, this thing is big. Thin, but it does take up a big footprint on your side table and that’s my only negative. I have been waiting for someone to make a iPhone, AirPod, and Apple Watch charger that folds flat. This is key for traveling. Also, I have a circular watch band that can’t be opened, so I need the pop up watch charger. I have not missed the iPhone charging sweet spot since I got it which has been a problem with some other wireless chargers (you only find out the next morning when your battery is dead). I additionally love the usb-c connection because it is easy to swap out the charging brick for a dual aukey charger and now one plug charges my iPad too. The charger is really just a US plug with some International adapters that fit over it, so it’s nice but ill probably still use my dual charger with an adapter of my own when I go international. I did not notice any bending like others have said.

This charging pad has a great design and does indeed charge a phone, AirPods, and Apple Watch simultaneously.

Unfortunately that’s where the pros end.

The charging pad is made of incredibly cheap plastic, there is almost no weight to the thing and it feels very flimsy. The usb-c cable that is included is laughably short, I needed an extension cord to reach the outlet behind my bed from my nightstand. The most troubling thing of all is the electric whine emitted from the charging pad. Perhaps I got one with bad coils, but this is the only charging pad I’ve ever owned that you can hear a hissing coming from. I wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving this plugged in while away or asleep.

Ultimately a great design is hindered by the manufacturing and for the asking price of over $100 this is an unacceptable product. I will be looking elsewhere for my multi device charging needs.

I bought this a few months back when it was popular. the first unit worked well up until a certain point and it stopped and then it was spotty working from that point on until it stopped working again entirely. finally I decided to contact the seller they have given me another one since then but that one has the same exact problem as the one that I had before. The two spots that are affected are the ones for the AirPods and one for the Iphone. The only one that works fine the light still lights up for it when I plug it in is the Apple Watch. Apple Watch side works perfectly on both of them that includes the replacement that was send to me only a month ago. If Satechi is reading these reviews you need to fix this issue within your console. VERY FAULTY AND A WASTE OF MONEY! Your better off buying the Mophie three in one, that one I had no problem with.

Das Ladegerät tut, wozu ich es angeschafft habe und das sehr zuverlässig.

Störend finde ich das kurze Stromkabel. Hier wäre ein Kabel in der Länge von 1,5 Meter angebracht.
Unterwegs nehme ich es aus diesem Grunde nicht mehr mit. In Hotelzimmern und Ferienwohnungen braucht es ein längeres Stromkabel.

When I went looking for an all-in-one charger for my iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods, I compared this charger with the Mophie and the Logitech. The Mophie is the most similar to this one and the prices are comparable. I decided to get the Satechi because it looks the nicest. I really like the design of Satechi products and own the Mac Mini hub, the USB-C Apple Watch charger, and the iPhone/iPad stand. This charger also charges as expected. The only thing I don't like is you cannot turn off the indicator lights and although they are not that bright and are elegant, I don't like anything to glow in my bedroom, where the charger sits on my nightstand. So, I covered them with electrical tape. It would be nice to be able to just turn off the lights.
