WHAT TYPES OF WATER ARE SAFE TO USE IN THE NETI POT? Distilled or sterile water. The label will state "distilled" or "sterile." Boiled and cooled tap water-boiled for 3-5 minutes, then cooled until it is lukewarm. Do not rinse if nasal passage is completely blocked or if you have a new ear infection, ear pain or blocked ears. If you have had recent ear or sinus surgery, please contact your physician prior to irrigation. If you experience any pressure in the ears, stop. Do not use unboiled tap water in neti pot --See Directions for water that is safe to use in the neti pot. Carefully read instructions insert in product box before use.

HOW TO USE YOUR NETI POT:You Need: Sattvic Path Neti Pot ½ Teaspoon of All-natural Himalayan salt or sea salt Filtered or distilled water Towel or washcloth 1. Put a half teaspoon of the salt into lukewarm water and stir into pot. Over a sink, tilt your head forward so you are looking directly down toward the sink. Insert the spout into your right nostril. Turn your head to the right and let water move into the right nostril and exit the left nostril.
