I bought these for walking, not running. I have a left foot permanent structural angle deformity (very high instep and top bone is prominent) from years after an ankle break. I need a firm structure heel and high arch support.
Width-wise, my old injury foot is wide. The right is normal, well a little on the wide side of a B. Due to netting, I can easily get in this B width as it adapts to my twisted toe.
PRO:
Beautiful and bright colors, as pictured
The "net" area works well if you have any bunions or arthritis in your feet that caused a bone to mis-align your foot.
The laces are long enough and tongue wide enough so you can "push up" the top to accommodate very high insteps without binding or rubbing for most people. I have very high insteps.
Tongue is well padded.
Heel is well structured and stiff.
Insole is removable to add orthotic.
Shoes "breathe." Good fair weather shoe.
For the about $16 difference between Jazz* and this shoe, this shoe is extremely well made.
CON:
Almost no arch support. At least none I feel. Definitely need orthotics in this shoe.
I notice in these shoes, they are throwing me forward over my knees sort of like my knees are "locking" when I walk(?) I don't know if it is my body alignment issue or the shoes. Something I will update after asking podiatrist and chiropractor.
These shoes can't waterproofed due to netting. The Saucony Jazz can be waterproofed as they are suede and solid material. I checked with Saucony.
Amazon shipping dept issue: Box shipped in a bag. Second time Amazon has not packed a shipment well. Shoe box arrived damaged. These really need to be shipped in a box to protect shoe box, and in turn protect shoes.

* (I love the Saucony Jazz shoes, but they are built like a Sketchers shoes - almost flat tongue, and heel is without much structure.)
SIZING: Saucony Jazz: Orange / yellow is a Unisex 8/ men's 8/ women's 9-1/2 - regular width.
Saucony Glide 10- Blue is a size 9 ( not 9-1/2) in wide women's.
Ladies - Notice the "9" in Glide 10 is longer than the 9-1/2" in Jazz.
The width in toe box area is a 1/2" difference with the smaller sized Glide wide 9 being wider.
Bottom line: There is about a 1/2" between sizes in length. I kept ordering, trying and returning til I got the correct fit. Saucony sizing isn't standardized. These both feel the same in fit once on, except for width in toe area. ( Glide heel is more supportive) My barefoot is 9-1/2". In a flip flop I wear an 8. With a high arch and high instep, I need the larger size now to fit well in shoes. Feet change with age. In my twenties I wore a 6-1/2 in runners. )
