They are comfortable and supportive and my feet felt good in them the moment I put them on. There was no break in period, they just felt good putting on from the first time I put them on. My Mom said she really likes them too. She is on her feet most of the day for work and she says they are very comfortable and don't give her any knee issues.
The heel support and cushion is awesome, that is my favorite thing about them. They also do not crowd my toes.
I wear a 10 or 10.5 depending on brand, but after reading reviews I went to a size 11 in these (and sized up for my Mom too). I also ordered in Wide (D) where I normally order regular width. The shoes fit me really well both in length and width and I wouldn't have wanted any smaller. The (D) width does not look wide or like a clown shoe like some wide shoes do, it looks normal. But that little bit of extra room it gives my toes and heels makes a big difference in comfort level.
I found out that the "brown" style was a little too large for me and I had to return them for a ½ size smaller. The smaller size felt as perfect as the white style. Both the Brown & White Integrity shoes are wearable right out of the box...no break in period required! (I take an 8 ½ wide in the white and an 8 wide in the brown.)
I love these shoes... and Amazon's special 20% off sale has taken the sting out of the sticker shock. (the extra two pair I bought were Christmas presents to myself.)
The Black Integrity shoes I couldn't wear because they hurt my bunions, so I had to send them back. See my review.
One in White...and one in Black.
This was my 5th pair of Saucony White Integrity... but only my first pair of their re-designed ProGrid Integrity. I was somewhat hesitant ordering the new design due to a bunion problem.
After trying 5 different shoe stores in my area and not finding the old design Integrity, I resigned myself to the fact that I must try their new design. No store carried the new shoe in wide, so I decided to order from Amazon.
I did notice a customer review stating that the black shoes were not as comfortable as the white but I did not heed the warning and went ahead and ordered a pair in Black.
Needless to say...the Black ones are no where near as comfortable as the white.
Not only did my bunion area get pressure, but I also experienced pain under the big toe on one foot and a mid foot pain beneath my other foot.
Saucony, I'm not sure why the big difference between Black & White on the same style, but you have lost a "black sneaker" customer for life.
On on the other hand....or should I say Foot...I love your white Saucony, but why the re-design?? Haven't you heard the old saying...If it ain't broke, don't fix it??
Love Amazon and love their return policy...and I will be using it to return the BLACK ones!!
