And I’ve always loved Ms. Leo’s writing, I was terribly disappointed near the end of the book when she began to subtly write in her political opinions on several topics as well as lecture the reader through her characters. She took a great book and ruined the ending for me. Whether intentional or not it will make me think twice about buying her books ever again.

This is how I love Cassia leo when she rights a story like Savage Love!
Being in the right place at the right time or whether is was meant to be or not doesn’t really matter... this is what happened to Colette it was a moment in time that ended up becoming so much more but unknowingly there were consequences early on that we knew nothing of... but would do so latter down the line and would put their relationship to the test.
Savage Love is Colette and Jakes beautiful journey... their love for each other battles loss, grief, sorrow, trust but in the end it was all meant to be, that one night 11 years ago sad as it was for Colette bought her to Jake... Elle had a hand in that!
Cassia leo writes beautifully and there are some very touching and emotional moments Jake knows exactly the right words to make you swoon and the build up to the ending and the epilogue were perfectly wonderful!
