"Saving Andi", written by Barbara Raffin, is about Andi, a troubled young woman living alone in rural Upper Michigan. She survives by living off the land, trading, and overseeing vacant camps through the winter months. It's at one of these camps she finds Cole, a man who's been shot and has amnesia. From this moment on, I was so intrigued that I couldn't stop reading. Every page hinted at more to come; more secrets, more conflict, more hope for Andi and Cole. I especially enjoy how Raffin describes the environment surrounding her characters. Loved the characters and the story Raffin created. I can't wait to read her next book, "Seeking Bliss: St John Sibling Series, book 4." I am sure I won't be disappointed.
Saving Andi kept me wanting to read more. It had hints of sexual content but tasteful. I especially enjoyed it because the author set the scene up in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. If you are looking for a light mystery with romance, I would definitely recommend this book. I am going to read the other books in the series also.
