4 cups milk
3 egg yolks
1 pkg. (any flavor) instant pudding mix
Beat egg yolks in 2 qt.pan, add 2 cups milk.
Bring to boiling point (do not boil)
Add 2 cups milk. Refrigerate 2 hours.
Add pudding mix. Whisk till fairly smooth (small loops will disolve)
Pour into freezer with it on.
It takes about 20 to 3o minutes to make soft ice cream. I freeze it for 2 hours
in air tight containers..
Never did get the machine to turn on. What a piece of junk.

I have gotten spoiled by the old style ice cream makers. The ones with the ice and rock salt. They still work the best unless you have a lot of money to buy a fancy electric one.Published on July 13, 2013 by Steven Cinnamon
