When I first took the leap to begin my startup I was at a loss with so much to learn. I collected tons of books and roamed the internet for wisdom. I found Ash's book on my brother's bookshelf and was completely floored at how comprehensive it was while allowing me to focus on the exact right sequence of steps. I wish I had found Running Lean and Scaling Lean on Day 1.

Being visual rather than numerical I still strugggle with this but find it a practical next step after the Inspiration of Eric Ries.
It certainly was enough to get me to attend a talk by Ash and to buy Running Lean which in turn got me to vote with my wallet for the online series
