I also use the Tinkyada and that one's fine. If you don't want millet or corn, the Tinkyada is just made from brown rice. Some folks are sensitive to corn or have issues with millet.
But if you don't have sensitivities, this works fine in baked penne or regular boiled up with sauce. It's a small amount in the box for a higher than normal pasta price, but it seems everything GF costs more. I don't know why? Corn and rice are hardly race food commodities. Make me think GF folks are always getting slightly ripped off. But I like several Schar products, including this one.
Like I said, I hate to waste 5 boxces of pasta, so I will look up some more recipes, and give it another try, but I probably won't buy any more pasta from Schar.

Above is the ingredients from my first order of this Gluten free pasta that I ordered in September. It was fantastic. My family loved it. They could not tell it was gluten free. I returned to order again and this pasta has these ingredients.
Corn Flour, millet Flour, rice Flour and sugar cane syrup.
They changed the ingredients and yet the Amazon page does not state that. I would not
have ordered this if I knew about the change. I am very unhappy about this considering people who order this products have allergy/sensitivities and ingredient changes can make them sick.
