I really liked your book. Way cool cover. I liked the idea of tracking your time and figuring out what to do with it. If you can measure it you can fix it. I also like the idea of projecting into the future. If I spend 3 hours a day playing video games for the next 20 years. That has a large economical impact on my life if I did some work instead or tried to accomplish some other important project. Time is the most valuable. I found you had some really good insights into how to manage time. I am going to try to put some things I learned in the book into action to become more productive. See you in the next book.

Disappointed with this book because it's not as was advertised. I'm giving more than 1 star for the authors effort, as it did seem he genuinely wants to help his reader but this wasn't the information I was hoping to read :(

We all have habits that make us less productive than we should. Tom does a great job of puttings habits into perspective so we each can inventory own our present use of time in relation to habits. Its amazing how much time one bad habit can cost over a year, a decade or our lifetime. My recommendation is that everyone should read this book. I guarentee this book can change your life for the better.

Great book! This book pinpointed one of the biggest issues I’ve dealt with for a long time, which is effectively managing myself with the time I’ve had. Which often leads to spreading myself too thin.(Note: this is not particularly the topic/ main subject of the book. Just a personal struggle the book’s helped solve).
The difference this book has from a lot of material I’ve read is that Tom(the author) provides an easy and practical solution.

I have talents and abilities. Some I am aware of and some I am not. I have good habits and bad habits. Whichever one I feed will make me more successful or unsuccessful. Tom's book has shown me how to take small positive incremental steps to changing habits that no longer support me, or my current lifestyle, and use my time more productively to create the life I always dreamed of and wanted. I read his book in one sitting and am going to do what his book suggests and that is to schedule my success. Thank you, Tom for writing this book. I wish I had read it thirty years ago.

The Red Pill

Simple and yet profound. The concepts in this book help you to see your unconscious behaviour and what drives it and to create new more supportive habits. It can be applied to work, relationships, eating habits or anything else you're ready to take an honest look at. I'm very impressed by Tom's understanding of psychology and personal development and his ability to articulate his learnings clearly, humbly and effectively in just 61 pages. This is not the sort of self-help book you read to make yourself feel good, it's the kind of book that has effective, proven tools to apply when you are ready to change. And at £2 it's insane value for money.

Eye opener!

The time tracking exercise impacted my world within the first day. I realized I was letting others use my time unproductively. I wasn't controlling my time wisely. I was wasting time on things that don't matter. I also realized I have a few bad habits that I spend too much time on. Now the trick is applying the learning. This little book helped me see how important a little bit of time is and the impact it can have when it is filled with a good balance of behaviors. Highly recommend this book if you feel unproductive or stuck.
