I recently got this new desk job where I am sitting down all day in front of a computer with barely any time to get up and move around. So finding a comfortable seating positing is usually a big hassle and ends up hurting my back even more! Lately I have been developing some neck issues which have lead to tension headaches, stress, and extremely bad posture!! So when one of my friends purchased something like this for his self I decided to test it out and see how it was! I immediately fell in love with one of this and it was amazing!!! So I went to trusty Amazon and ordered this one! This one is made from Dr. Scholl’s who has never let me down with their product. This cushion easily fit in my desk chair and on my car too!!
The mas give such a nice little vibration that is both soothing and comfortable! The heat is not too hot but enough to warm you up and leave you feeling like new!! I would relate it to the warmth that you can get from heated seats on a car! The only downside is you will never want to leave this thing and will feel really bad when you do leave it and go back to your regular cold chair!!!!

The really BIG problem is that the lowest vibrators, which I have no need for, are these huge round things that you end up sitting on! Even with a lot of extraneous natural padding in that area, they feel uncomfortable. I can imagine that it'd be even worse for a skinny person. Imagine having to sit on two rolls of quarters, both of them parallel to your legs, but placed directly under your buttocks. That's about the size of the vibrators.
So I did what I've had to do with a different full seat cushion like this several years ago: I turned the bottom portion up against the back, then used one of those tiny bungee cords to pull the straps intended for the front of the seat across the back of the chair. That gives a bit more lumbar support, and I use the supposed thigh vibrators for my lower back instead. (The middle vibrator is now too far away in padding to do anything, but the outer two still give some comfort.)
Really disappointed that I paid about $30 for a unit that I can't use the way that it was built!. They really need to do something about those "quarter roll vibrators" on the seat!!
The heat is located in the lower back and is localized to only one spot. It does a nice job of staying at a comfortable, consistent temperature.
The massaging nodes are immobile, but there are two for the "upper back" - i.e., your shoulders, "Lower Back" - your lumbar area, just underneath where the heat sits, and then "Thighs". The vibrations are consistent, not much variation as they do not move, but still, it's relaxing. You have the option of three speed settings, but if you have it set on three, all of the vibrations will be at the highest speed.
My only complaint about this product is that after sitting on it for awhile (think 8 hour day) the vibrating nodes get a little uncomfortable. This can be fixed by adjusting how you sit, or by turning on the power. In addition, the chair I have it sitting on does not provide a conducive environment for keeping the chair in the correct position - essentially, it kind of moves, but this isn't a huge deal.

No massage programs, only switch on/off of the upper back (2 motors) , lower back (1 motor) and thighs (2 motors) plus 2 settings for heat. Most other products in similar price range have programs which makes the experience much more enjoyable than simply on/off functions. The vibration is also sub-standard, you can barely feel them.
Note that I am comparing all of this to similar product I bought on Amazon.ca that was possibly $10-$15 more and that I absolutely love! Dr. Scholl should keep to insoles, that's what they are good at.
