Not as soft as expected
It seemed very small in the box, but when I opened it I could see that it is fist sized. It doesn't seem as easy to squeeze as most fidget devices. I think it could be used to strengthen your hand muscles and for stress relief. It is fun to play with and watch its form slowly come back into its shape after being squeezed. The small stand that it comes with is a bit silly and useless, but the fidget itself is a cool raindrop shape and fun to fool around with. I haven't had it long enough to know how durable it is, but I will update this review if it develops any issues.

Okay this thing is really addictive. My only point of comparison are the NeeDoh Gumdrops and generic spherical squishy-fidgets.

The NeeDoh Cube has a lovely, amazing doughy squish to it that is SO satisfying and soothing. I particularly love that it is a cube shape rather than a sphere; with a sphere there's really just the same squish in any given direction. With the Cube it feels different depending on the direction of squish (side, edge, corner) giving it WAY more interesting properties as you squish. I enjoy poking in the corners, pinching the edges sharper, poking in the flat sides, compressing in one direction and then the other, etc - it's just WAY more dynamic than a sphere.

The Cube *is* a bit tacky out of the box and so as suggested by other owners I powdered mine (I used talc as I'm allergic to corn-based products like corn starch). This adds to the doughy feel and also helps keep hair and fuzz from sticking to the surface.

I mentioned I also own a set of NeeDoh Gumdrops and I honestly couldn't pick one over the other as they do two different things for me. The Gumdrops are textured and have a different type of squish and are also far more tactilely interesting than a sphere. The Gumdrops are slightly smaller than the Cubes and are a tad more portable and fit a bit easier in a single, small hand, if that's of interest.

I've only had my cube for about 5 weeks so I can't attest to its durability but I suspect it depends on how aggressive of a squisher you may be. I'm comparatively gentle with mine and never squeeze hard enough to get that translucent bubble effect going on - I'm also careful about squeezing around the plug so maybe that will help it live a long time, who knows.

I usually lose interest in most fidget toys within the first couple days I have them, but I am absolutely obsessed with this one. I have the gumdrop and the original ball needoh but neither of them compare to this one. It's large, but not too large. It fits perfectly in my hand and is just the right amount of firmness without being too firm. I do see some very small areas where it may be slowly coming apart, but I can't really fault them for that due to the material and the sheer amount of time I'm playing with it. I have autism and adhd and this thing goes with me everywhere I go. I do wish I could have picked the color I wanted, as I would have chosen blue, but it really doesn't matter much :)

I love the squish and texture of the Needoh Nice Cube! It feels amazing to squeeze, and it’s perfect for hand strengthening exercises. It also makes a great gift—everyone I’ve given one to loves it.

However, I wish there was an option to pick the colors instead of getting random ones. The biggest downside is that the bottom seal came undone fairly quickly, which caused bubbles to form inside. It’s still usable, but a little disappointing.

Overall, it’s a fun and satisfying stress ball, but some improvements to durability would make it perfect!

I’m a Therapist and we brought this into our office and WOW 🤩 such a great fidget. Clients keep grabbing it and can’t put it down. Love the color and durability. I have young kids who love to pup and stretch and it is incredibly durable. Nothing worse than a kid popping a fidget in a session but this one will not do that! No pop, no leak - thank god!! I have mixed feelings about this product. It has a nice weight to it, the shape and size feel good in my hand. The squish is nice, kind of feels like it's filled with thinking putty or something similar. It is much softer than I was expecting, I thought it would have a little more give to it. It's also much less slow rising than I hoped it would be, it goes back to it's original shape pretty quickly. Another aspect of the sensory experience I hadn't considered is that the outside has a very rubbery texture kind of like a balloon. It's not exactly sticky, just very grippy. The friction against my fingers is a bit off putting, I would prefer a more smooth rubberized texture (satin finish?) that I could rub my fingers across. I don't mind that it's squishier and not as slow rising as I was hoping, however the grippy rubber texture will definitely keep me from reaching for this squish over others.

This product honestly is the best stress reliever. When you first get it- it’s quite hard or when you first use it in the day and slowly throughout the day with more use it becomes softer and warmer. It’s really satisfying to see the cube just melt into your hands over time. Extremely satisfying. So satisfying and comfortable that everyone I know was wanting one the second they held it. As someone who tends to get finger/hand pains after typing all day - this cube really helps ease away that and work on your mobility in the hands. The bottom does rip quite easily so I’d just say be careful not to pull it so hard it’s about to rip - otherwise it’s really durable .
DO NOT throw it ! It’s really hard upon impact even if it has become soft and squishy - kind of like semi-Oobleck ( suspension of cornstarch and water that can behave like a solid or a liquid depending on how much pressure you apply)
Honestly it could smash a window from 2 metres away.
It’s not sticky to the touch however it will pickup dust or hairs or crumps lying around but it’s really easy to clean or rinse off with warm water
