Not only did the soreness greatly reduce (Thank god, my butt is being kicked by crossfit) but I found that the pre-workout (with CAFFEINE and BRANCHED CHAIN AMINO ACIDS) helped me get focused before work and my adhd seemed to lessen. This would make sense, I actually considered taking BCAA for my ADHD before it was even recommended by my trainer. Of course, caffeine is also a stimulant like adderall, and people use it for adhd often already so I think the combo was really effective for me. I was happier in general and everything just got easier. I was more social with my co-workers. I thought better on my feet and stayed calm. My boss noticed and complimented me, same with my co-workers. It also doesn't have acid like coffee, so I didn't get too dehydrated or an upset tummy. You can tell it's working because I took the time to write this entire post.
Some people say they hate the taste, it's totally fine. It's a strong stevia taste, which if you don't like you can just dilute with more water. I don't fine drinking 8-16 oz of it is that bad, especially nice and cold. I try to finish a bottle of it on my car ride to work and thats perfect for me. I can't wait to try other flavors!
