I've also found the company's tech support to be great. I've done a chat request with them for another issue I had where I mistakenly turned off the Tennis mode and couldn't figure out how to turn it back on...one of their reps was talking to me within a minute or two and resolved the issue with no problems.
Overall this watch has been great for Tennis. On long points I often end up loosing track of what the score it so it really helps. I highly recommend this thing for tennis!
It might be helpful to note that this band does not hinge open and lay flat. Setting it down on a table and attempting to lay it open so you can see the face puts pressure on this very thin plastic sleeve, which is less than 1/8 of an inch in length. Simply tucking it in a fanny pack or tennis bag might also be enough to tear the plastic sleeve open. This design would work if the sleeve was metal, or reinforced in some way, but it's not.
If you have to have this, I recommend that you store it buckled when it's not on your wrist.
Also after a few weeks, all of a sudden one day, I can no longer select the Tennis mode. All the other score modes are still available, but the Tennis mode disappeared.
I had to return the watch.
Edit: I've tried 3 of these things and they last for a while but then the band breaks off. There's no fixing it because it's the plastic "rings" that hold the pin in place that break off very easily. Once these plastic "rings" break off, there's no repairing them. I tried to super glue the rings together but they just don't hold with superglue.
But while it works, it keeps great scores and is easy enough to use.
I have seen it in the store for $50 and am glad I paid less. Not worth it.
