Chef Leysath lives in Northern California. He’s been in the food business for over 30 years, working his way up the corporate ladder with a western U.S. restaurant chain before opening his own restaurant and catering business. Today, he manages his time between producing television shows, writing cooking columns and cookbooks and making personal appearances throughout the U.S.
