For more than 20 years, Fabian Schwartz worked in the tech industry as a program manager, developer, tester, project manager, and trainer. He has also taught IT and project management at South American and European universities for the past 15 years.

Over the past decade, he has translated his love of training and efficiency into a thought leadership and public speaking role and has taught Scrum to more than 30,000 people. After becoming an early advocate of agile, he became an expert in all facets of Scrum, having pioneered Scrum outside of software.

Fabian is the co-creator of the Scrum in Hardware guide and has worked directly with Dr. Jeff Sutherland, co-creator of Scrum. Fabian has an MBA from Macquarie University in Australia as well as degrees from Germany and the UK. He has pursued continuing education from Stanford University and Harvard Business School.

Fabian has helped many businesses from small start-ups to Fortune 100 companies leverage agile and achieve goals more effectively throughout Europe, Australia, and the Americas. He is the only Scrum trainer accredited by Scrum Alliance in Colombia.
