I know I don't like the 100% coton one. The 100% coton is very bulky too. So I decided to try the silk/coton blend. So far so good.
Super lightweight (like, ridiculously lightweight) but incredibly sturdy. In addition to being lightweight, it's super compact-able; I regularly go for 2-3 months with a 48-liter backpack (I know, I'm a beast) and it barely takes up any room. In colder climates, put it under your hostel sheets and it adds warmth, in hotter climates, I sleep in it on top of the covers. The pillow insert is probably the best part, I've tried travel sacks sans pillow insert and they're a nightmare, you don't stay in place in bed and you wonder if you're catching the plague from the hostel pillow. So this is great for that as well. I've used it on airplanes, in busses (we all know how cold those South American busses get), and on trains. My only complaint is that I'm 5'8" and this is a little skinny, it restricts my movements a bit when I'm tossing and turning (which I do a lot) but it doesn't quite trip my claustrophobia.
Wish it was cheaper, but you get what you pay for. I love this sack, don't think I'll try any others anytime soon. My last trip I got stuck with a Long model, it sucked! Get the Traveler model!
