Product description

The Pocket Shower is made of the same heat-resistant waterproof fabric and roll-top closure as Sea to Summit's standard Dry Sacks. Built into the base is a compact showerhead that operates with an easy-to-use on/off twist mechanism. The twist spout also serves to adjust the flow of water, delivering an efficient trickle to a free-flowing shower. Fill the 10 Liter (2.6 gallon) Pocket Shower, roll it to close at the top and hang it from two tough Delrin D rings with the 20 feet of lightweight cord provided. The black fabric soaks up sun during the day at basecamp for a warm shower or fill it at the end of the day for a cool rinse. For multi-function, the Pocket Shower can also be used as a regular dry sack to transport clothes or sleeping bag

Is this a pocket shower or a Scrubba! With all of the hubba about the Scrubba, I wanted to share this little tip. I actually use this instead of the Scrubba which ended up ripping and being ineffective as a wash bag. I simply place all of my soiled laundry inside, then fill with water and soap. Roll it closed. Turn it upside down, and use the spout (open it) to push out all of the air. When a little water comes out, I know the air is gone. Then I close the spout and swish it around like you would the Scrubba. Then rinse, repeat, and done! I have clean clothes to line dry while I camp light and travel through Europe. OH and if I need to, I can use this as a shower;) This is an invaluable purchase folks! Sea to Summit may not know this, but they have a very VERY viable wash bag on their hands as well;) Happy travels!

I've had my Sea to Summit Shower for several years now. I do seasonal conservation work around the country and sometimes have to camp for work for about a week. This has proven a valuable commodity in some of the backcountry settings I've stayed in. I even used it as my primary shower for about 3 months when living in a place without hot water. I just put a hook in the ceiling inside the existing shower, then heated up some water on the stove and mixed it with cooler water and then hung this up. With that, I've probably taken like 50+ showers with it and have yet to have a problem. If you conserve the water by taking military style showers - stop the water when lathering up - then you can easily squeeze two showers out of one fill. I did that numerous times with a coworker. We'd leave it filled up in the sun during the work day and come back to a mostly warm shower. The trick is finding a spot that'll get plenty of sun throughout the day.

Very pleased with this product. Had been avidly seeking packable, portable showers for assorted filthy teens who revel in dirt (hunting, fishing and hiking). Well made excellent product. Printed instructions inside bag are very clear. Fill bag. Roll top 3 times, secure buckle, hang with cord through D-rings. I would place in sun to warm water, the filthy beasts probably not. The only problem? NOW each turkey wants his own. Sigh. Ordering more.

I used this shower in the high hills of the Wind Rivers, WY in August. It was very needed after 25 miles of backpacking. We heated water to add to glacier lake water. It worked wonderfully. The rope kit is really nice as it had more than enough length to tie high and secure. Very impressed. Was a bit bothered by the high price, but the quality is there, extras are nice and in the end is worth the cost. Love the light packing weight and volume too.

Just used this for the first time down in Moab. I loved it. It wasn't too warm but thats because it was a decently chilly weekend. The amount of time it lasted was much more than I expected. Im 6'2" and 190lbs and i had about a 1/4 of the bag left when I was done with a quick shower. I recommend that you try a organic soap that doesn't foam up as much for even quicker shower times. I'm probably going to buy another one to use for washing hands as well. It worked much better than just using my large water jugs.

Perfect Out Door Shower Pocket

I was in need of an outdoor shower while camping. I read everything I could find about portable, light weight solar shower bags. This little bag kept coming up as the best. And so it is. The shower nozzle is easy to turn and does not leak when turned to "0ff". I live in Northwest Texas. The temp was in the mid 80's when I hung it to heat the water. 4 hours later the water was lukewarm and what I considered just right for a shower. It holds about 2.5 gallons.
When finished, I followed all directions to let it dry. It was very easy to refold and place into the small pouch. The pouch has a loop for your belt or backpack. This is going to be a very nice amenity to add to my camping package.

Bought this for Electric Forest (2017) but had a chance to test it out prior to our festival in June. If you didn't have a branch nearby then it was a little difficult to wash your hair and rinse. But the knob that seals/unseals pack helps if youre the only one showering.
The shipment also arrived very quickly.

Having left one behind at a campsite, I immediately ordered a replacement for this invaluable product. Just wish I could figure out how to hang it when there's no tall trees/strong branches around.....I have hung it from my RAV4's roof rack, letting it dangle over the side of the car - and while the car was soaked more than I, that sorta worked. It's great for gals like me who primitive camp a lot but want to get a decent cleanup after a day or two hiking, bicycling, or kayaking.
