As someone who is very new to the world of SEO, this book broadened my knowledge considerably beyond the little I knew about using keywords. It includes lots of detailed instructions and resource links I can use to implement those instructions, as well as the latest updates and new trends on what is happening in the industry. With so much valuable information contained in this book, I will definitely be referring back to it consistently.

I really enjoyed reading this book and the knowledge I gained.
Firstly, I was impressed by depth of knowledge, it covers a lot of information!
Secondly, I appreciated just how easy the author makes it to understand. This author makes it feel like you don't need to be a rocket scientist to understand search engine optimization with his conversational and fun writing style.
Finally, I enjoyed all the practical resources and strategies. There's a lot of powerful stuff here I can put to use right away. Great value and a great book.

SEO 2016 is a wonderful guide for those who, like me, have little to no background in SEO. Beginning with an introduction to how Google works, this book explains the why and how of SEO in an easy-to-understand format. Each chapter includes actionable steps as well as links to helpful websites for implementing said steps. I recommend it for website owners and entrepreneurs, though bloggers can gain from reading it as well. I did notice a few typos throughout, but nothing terribly distracting.

The book is made for beginners, but it really covers all the significant areas of SEO. It's easy to follow, it provides links to further web materials and if you are just planning how to make some SEO for your company this book will be your starter - and more than starter - guide.

I've read a few other books on SEO, looking for one I could recommend to colleagues; they were terrible. This is the first one I can actually recommend without reservation. It is a bit light in parts but that's by design. Well written with lots of great resources.
