These jars are larger than the typical spice jar so if you buy spices in bulk, this size is great. The jars themselves are fine though I did have one jar arrive damaged. It must have been packed with the defect already there as the packaging was very good - foam nests top and bottom - and would likely have protected against exceptionally rough handling. One negative is that the lids are pretty lightweight and I would have preferred them to be stronger, but for spices they should do the job. The collapsable funnel is nice as is the cleaning brush. Snap on sifter lids are also included.
If not for the damaged jar I would have given 4 stars.
