I can never sleep on a flight, NEVER, and the only way is to take sleeping pill but it will make me feel very drowsy after the "fake" amount of sleep I get.
I invest this $$$$ memory foam pillow from br00kst0ne (I type the name like this to avoid the screening) and that didn't work, also is bulky, and too warm around my neck for a long haul flight.

I gave the SeatSnoozer a try (since it is like fraction of the cost of the pillow I got) and it WORKS! From LAX-->LHR, I was able to get 5 hrs sleep, before it is almost impossible, and of course, in coach class. That's a huge "improvement" for myself.
It took some time for me to adjust at the first 10-15 minutes, to adjust back strap tension. But once you get a hang of it, you can just relax your neck muscle, and let the back strap hold onto your head while you're sleeping. (it will hold your head in position, not too tight, but it will keep your head from "bobbling", back and forth, and also left and right)

I think I was in deep sleep because I was dreaming, forgot what it was about though. ;)

Shipping is super fast, I ordered on Sunday, and my flight was on Friday, I thought it won't make it, but I got the product on Tue!

One tip, if you don't need the pillow anymore, remember to put the airline pillow to cushion the tailbone area to make the sleep more comfy.

So I tried this on my recent Atlanta-Dubai flight, very hopeful it would work. It's true that it prevents your head from flopping forward, but at the same time, it applied pressure to either your face or your forehead (depending on the strap position), and was uncomfortable enough to prevent me from sleeping. I guess it works for some people, but I'm, apparently, not one of them. Ah well.

First off, I’ve never seen anything like it. When I first came across it, I thought it was just a sleep mask but after reading the description realized it was way to support your head and neck while trying to sleep on a plane. I travel frequently for work and have tried a bunch of different travel pillows but had trouble finding one that kept my head from falling forward. I used this on my recent cross country flight after getting used to the adjustment, was able to get 4 hours of straight sleep. It really worked, great product. I like the light weight and how small it folds up. I would like to see an option without the sleep mask as well. Adjustment takes some getting used to at first but once I got it, very easy…founds some vids on youtube for adjusting tips.

Simplicity at its best. May not work for very long flights, but it's very good for your coast to coast flights. It covers your eyes and effectively gives you the sense of darkness, but the genius is in how it keeps your head and neck in place. It has a tail that acts as an anchor. You lift your head, you drop the anchor on your back and as you sit back and relax, your own body keeps head and neck in place. Very light. Can fold to fit in any corner of your carry on. I like it and use it regularly.

This product has a major flaw-- the part that hangs down behind ones' back is much too short. I decided to cut it and add an extra length, so I would be sitting on the little pad, rather than lying against it. That makes it work--somewhat-- but it's not ideal. Even when taut, ones' head can still fall to the side. If you can tilt your seat back far enough, it might be acceptable, but most seats in the 'cattle car class' won't do that.

You will look like total a weirdo wearing it, but this thing will keep your head from falling forward while sleeping on a flight. The problem for me was that it didn't stop my head from rolling side to side which would wake me up. I'd say it's not perfect but worth a try on international flights. Takes up less space than those useless neck pillows, too!

I bought one of these for a recent red eye back east from LA & have to say it's a clever device and worked great. Things I liked about the seat snoozer:

- Light weight
- Kept my head back/upright/still..no "head bobbing"
- Small and flexible - easily stuffed it in my laptop bag.
- It's simple & it works

I was a little concerned on how it looks but 1) you can't see the back strap thing when it's on & 2) easy to get past when the trade is actual sleep on an airplane. Just looked like I was wearing a big sleep mask. Great product to have along for the trip. I have already recommended this product to others.

Hi purchased 2 of them last year and found that it really does work and is a much better product than any travel pillow I have ever used. I travel quite a bit and mostly on economy class and the this product not only keeps your head against the seat pillow but it also prevents you from swaying from side-to-side.

It worked so well I decided to order 2 more last week. However, due to a shipping error, the products were shipped to the wrong address. After a couple of emails to customer service, they were able to resolve the matter quickly and professionally.

Great product, great customer service all at a good price.
