Most of us are struggling with Mind Chatter.
What kind of boon it would be if we can have only fewer thoughts?
This little book helps to achieve that exactly.
A great revealing: You are not your thoughts and the feelings associated with them.
You are the sum total of your moments and Intentions, not your thoughts.
Thoughts are never good or bad.
When your thoughts are transparent to yourself, then the Law of Attraction will work for you.
Five minutes of silence each morning will help you along the way.
Choose your next best thought.
Nice comparison between Google and the mind.
Mind is not intelligent enough on itself,we need to make it to choose our thoughts wisely.
Then comes the 3 magical words.
We are learning about the zero effort model for life based on 12 universal principles.
If We learn to acquire the power of discrimination, our dependency on mind decreases.
For that we need spend more time in the present moment.
To spend this precious time,we need to find our P-Spot.
Vish comes up with a very powerful definition of silence: Silence is nothing but delaying your next thoughts.
I love this quote: All victories have been won in the mind first.
Another good one: Trust is nothing but spending quality time.
There are life changing exercises throughout the book which will help you immensely.
The chapter on the Power of Knowledge is a great eye opener from what we are thinking as knowledge.

ability to live life powerfully. The blank notepad exercise helps one understand the importance of
having fewer and more consistent thoughts, importance of transparency between thoughts
and actions. Once we accomplish these two, i.e. having fewer but more powerful thoughts,
and consistency between thoughts and actions - all our desires will come to us.
A word of caution -- Just reading the book won't do you any good apart from intellectual stimulation.
So, go through each exercise as it has been suggested with a gentleness, love, and grace - you will
achieve an unparalleled inner transformation.
Success is a goal. Goals take time to achieve. You may, if you wish, spend the present moment working towards goals, which are thoughts. This is the way to live a mind-dominated life and guarantees unhappiness. Success is a delusion.
Instead of using the present moment to chase thoughts, let thoughts go and focus on the present moment. 'Focus' does not mean 'think about'! Focus occurs in silence, which is nothing except delaying the next thought.
Instead of seeking to achieve goals, let goals achieve you.
If you are willing to investigate the idea that you are neither your thoughts nor the emotions associated with them, then you'll enjoy this book and benefit from its exercises. On the other hand, if you are stuck on the idea that you should be spending your time acting on the basis of your thoughts, save your 99 cents because this book won't resonate with you.
If genuine freedom (from thoughts) might be something that you should value more, you'll find this inexpensive book a wisdom treasury.
