Kolman's account is even more remarkable in that he was a relatively ordinary person leading a very normal life when he had what appears to be a brief abduction by extraterrestrial beings who endowed him with healing abilities. Having no basis for comprehending what had happened to him, Ze'ev stumbled forward, not really knowing how best to use these abilities but just kind of "going with the flow" and discovering more and more as he went along. In time it was clear he had spirit guides who were helping him. Kolman appears to have at least understood that his abilities came from elsewhere and were a gift he had to share.
The author selects a number of instructive examples that illustrate the categories and ranges of health and spiritual conditions that Ze'ev could heal or treat. It is a nicely done account and excellent for perspective on how some healers work - and possibly on the nature of the "power" behind all true healers.
Most valuable to me is a short section in which the author quotes Kolman's recommended meditation protocol for individuals to use to aid in their self-healing.
I can feel his healing energies. He was gifted and used his gift to help others.
The story of Ze'ev Kolman reads like a novel, but it is based on his miraculous life and his ability reduce suffering and to heal the ill. Although the book is written by Dr. Holzer, who has 119! books to his credit, it also contains sections written by Ze'ev in a diary like format. There is medical documentation provided to support the claims made in the book, as well as testimony from ordinary people and the likes of Carly Simon, Robert Wagner, and even a US senator, all of whom received treatment from Ze'ev's amazing hands.
If you are interested in healing, or maybe if you have a major illness, this book will be worth your attention.
Ze'ev Kolman may be a wonderful healer. I have no first-hand experience of him so I cannot comment on that.
However, I was very turned off by the writing of Hans Holzer.
The book reads like an infomercial.
I wanted information; instead I got a very long and not terribly useful advertisement for Kolman.
We are informed how to contact him for healing at very high prices.
Actually, there are many wonderful healers out there. I have worked with some of them or met them. They are people of integrity in most cases.
None of them commissions a book to hawk themselves like a product in the marketplace.
This book does a disservice to Mr. Kolman if, indeed, he is as great as Holzer claims.
