As for the two negative reviews posted, ignore them. They do not know what they're talking about. The phenomena in this video's footage is NOT ice crystals or dust or easily explainable things, this is true non-terrestrial life that exists both in the atmosphere of our planet and out in space around it. I've known about these creatures for many, many years from passing remarks told to me from relatives and various friend's who had family working at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in California. Everything concerning them was very hush hush. Gladly this video was released to support Space Phenomena 1 & 2's existence. The best footage on the whole tape is the massive congregation of Space Phenomena 1 around the broken STS satellite tether. After you view this tape, you'll have a new understanding of space itself. That it has never been a void of life, but is actually a vast sea of life, full of creatures we know nothing about. Now it is up to NASA to stop hiding from the truth and get a branch of xenobiology going to study these lifeforms.

During the interview with the TV executive from Canada, there is considerable buildup. I actually started to become excited about what I might see as the film progressed on. As luck would have it, the final major part is, in fact, a string of videos taken from NASA communications which, I assume, were supposed to prove, or at least open the door for validating, the TV executive's prior testimony.
That is not what I saw. I only saw a single film which really gave me pause, in which a light source approaches (apparently) pretty close, then begins drawing shapes, and then retreats very quickly. I thought that that type of movement necessarily indicated intelligence. But the problem is, the films toward the end are either presented without context, or with sketchy context. In short, I can see what I am seeing, but because of the lack of context, I can only infer what the makers of the film want me to believe. And they provide no context to ensure that I am seeing what they want me to believe.
Other short video clips at the end show exactly what you might expect - as you put distance between yourself and what you are filming, there is more video "interference" than when it is closer. Very much, I would think, like when I hold my hand in front of my face while sitting by a window on a sunny day, and then move my hand away to full-arm's length and begin to notice that the sun has illuminated dust particles in the air. I know that the makers of the film want me to assume that the lights and shapes I see are - something - but all I can think is, "Well, yeah, when you pull away from the object that you are filming you start to see more and more stuff between you and it," like the hand/dust example I just gave. And the problem is that the filmmaker gives me precious little context to help me determine whether these are UFOs or space junk or ice crystals or whatever.
This is interesting, but not compelling. If you are already a believer, this is likely to confirm your beliefs. If you are a skeptic, this will not change your mind. If you, like me, are open-minded with no real informed opinion on the subject ,there is not enough here to help you change your mind toward the affirmative.
very intersting how these ice particles that NASA seems to insist on.. all of the sudden speed up and slow down, make turns appear and dissapear in an incredible speed... hmmm NOT ALL OF THAT ARE ICE PARTICLES or dust in the lenses.. they need to come out clean. It is very important for us to realize that the government will not come out anytime soon to tell us the Truth. "The truth is out there" and the Nasa footage brings it straight to your tv screen.
God this was the most boring plodding mess of a 'documentary.'
