My favorite chapter is the 70/30 rule where she talks about happiness and how we are responsible for our happiness. The key line is "Your partner is responsible to you, not for you." I think this is often forgotten in relationships where we tend to believe that it's our partner's job to keep us happy.
I personally love reading books that are to the point and just like her other book, this is full of practical advice with no fluff or theory.
A very good read and I highly recommend it.
